Great Location but Room and Facilities in Dire State of Disrepair
Pros:

I like that many things are within walking distance, including ZUS Coffee, Coin Laundry, Sundry Shop, Masjid, Breakfast Stall, two Fuel Stations, Banks, Pharmacy and Dinner Restaurant. You can park your car in front of the inn and just walk around.

Cons:

The air condition unit made a loud noise and was hot even at full blast. It was also very dirty and dusty. The toilet door has no lock. There is a big gap below the door that can allow snakes, lizards and rats to enter the room. The table and furniture are broken down; they look like they were salvaged from the dumpster. The towels and blankets have darkened stains. The wall outlets, out of 3, only two is functioning. In short, the room costs RM80 per night -- so just imagine how that looks like.

Tandas bilik I rosak. Lampu ada tak hidup. Almari berlubang. Tiada fasiliti. Iron kena kat lobi luar.

Fair stay but overall okay
Pros:

Easy access parking.
Clean toilet.
Comfortable bed (except for Family Suite, which need to be replace)
