Хороший отель, но сервис и завтраки не оправдали ожиданий
Pros:

Спасибо отелю за комплименты к 8 марта (набор косметики и фрукты), очень приятно. Захватывающие виды, красивый уютный номер.

Cons:

Завтраки за такую стоимость ужас. Омлет предлагался с грибами, перцем и помидорами. В итоге просто тонкий яичный блинчик без ничего. Заявленные в меню печеные перцы или овощи к глазунье также не подали. Гранола дешевая из коробки. Чай - пакетированный гринфилд.
В самом номере с чаем тоже проблема, нам положили всего два пакетика на двоих взрослых и ребенка. И это в отеле на горнолыжном курорте, где хочется согреться после ночных катаний. Чай то пакетированный можно не жалеть.
При выезде что-то напутали и потребовали заплатить дополнительно за мультипас, который мы не запрашивали.

Beautiful views, kind staff, and a really memorable mountain experience.
Pros:

Amazing mountain views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location at the top of Shymbulak is stunning and very peaceful.

Cons:

Nothing major, overall a great stay.

Cons:

Dirty windows in the house ruined the view, the administrator forgot to order breakfast for 09:00, and we had to wait. Waiters in dirty clothes and awful hats in the restaurant, it was cold and smelled of smoke in the restaurant. I’m ashamed of our service.

Once in a lifetime stay at an altitude of 3,200m covered in snow
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The location was the outstanding. Staying at an altitude of 3,200m surrounded by full of snow and waking up to a view of snowy majestic mountain is memorizing.

The hotel supervisor Mr. Ingkar took care of everything from well prior to check in. Clear instructions on how to get to the hotel, the timing of the cable car service and he even arranged the tickets for the additional round trips to the Shymbulak resort. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were so kind, helpful and hospitable.

The room was fairly big and the amenities were excellent. It gave a feeling of getting close to the nature.

People skiing right at the front door of the hotel is something very special. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Pros:

Beautiful location. Can see the skiers pass by your room.
Better to travel light, dont bring too much bags. Many climbings
You have to go to k2 and walk a bit to your room. No cocierge

Cons:

The restaurants always packed because its sharing with the public
Not especially for the hotel residents.
