Dreieckiges Zimmer :/
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das hat uns wirklich gefreut. Auch das Zimmer war sauber. Auch das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr unpraktisch geschnitten: Es handelte sich um ein dreieckiges Zimmer mit kaum Platz, was das Unterbringen von Gepäck erschwerte. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher, keinen kleinen Kühlschrank oder andere Küchenausstattung, was den Aufenthalt etwas unbequemer machte. Für Reisende mit Rucksack ist es vielleicht noch machbar, aber mit Koffer wird es definitiv schwierig. In der Nacht haben wir uns sogar den Kopf an der schrägen Wand gestoßen. Insgesamt war das Zimmerdesign leider ziemlich unvorteilhaft.

La struttura si trova nel cuore del quartiere Graca e letteralmente a due passi da uno dei punti panoramici più belli da cui ammirare la città di Lisbona: Miradouro da Senhora do Monte! Comoda da raggiungere con la metro dall'aeroporto (noi abbiamo viaggiato con i mezzi pubblici), la struttura è molto accogliente come le camere, con bagno, a disposizione degli ospiti. Cordialità e disponibilità sono di casa. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata la colazione, abbondante e di qualità, inclusa nel prezzo, consumata nel grazioso cortile all'aperto. Abbiamo pernottato due notti, all'inizio e alla fine del nostro tour per il Portogallo, quindi direi che è stata super apprezzata.

The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice!

Cons:

The location was decent but you will have to walk a lot uphill. Might not be the best for clients with mobility issues. Our room layout was also a bit strange.

Genel olarak, çalışanlar başta olmak üzere, temizlik, konum, güven, kahvaltı hepsi harikaydı.
Pros:

Kahvaltısı çok zengin değildi ama bence tam idealdi. Sıcak sıcak anında istediğini pişirip servis ediyorlar.. Çayını ve kahveni de hazırlıyorlar ve getiriyorlar. Yoğurt ve meyvesi de var. Bence kahvaltı çeşit bol olmamasına rağmen harikaydı.

Bütün çalışanlar arkadaş canlısı, yardımsever ve anlayışlıydı.

Uzun süredir kendimi bu kadar güvende hissettiğim bir otel olmamıştı. Her anlamda sıcacık bir aile ortamı gibiydi.

Odalar tertemiz ve gezginler için yeterliydi.

15 dk kadar yokuş indikten sonra merkeze ulaşıyorsun. Konumu da bence çok iyiydi.

Hemen otelin yanında da harika bir manzara var.

Kliması var, kendin ayarlayabiliyorsun.

Cons:

Otelde kediler var, bazı noktalarda kokulardan rahatsız olabilirsiniz. Ben rahatsızlık duymadım. Buzdolabı ararsanız, yok ama bence çok da önemli bir unsur değil.

Cute little place just outside Alfama
Pros:

Great location right next to a wonderful viewpoint. Walkable to Alfama, though it needs a bit of stair climbing and graded walking. Supermarkets and restaurants can all be accessed on foot. The hosts were super helpful with any and every small request. Do checkout the garden as well as the third floor lounge area. Their pancakes are super good!

Cons:

These hotels need to alert guests that many of the rooms would need hauling suitcases up narrow stairs as no elevators are available. Also, the hosts can think of adding moisturizer as part of their provided toiletries.
