A beautiful boutique hotel right in the city centre
Pros:

Great location close to the funiculare, right in the centre. Very friendly staff .in the bakery n the ones served the buffet breakfast. Georgia the receptionist was very kind n professional, greeted us on our arrival . Thank you for upgraded the room. We stayed 3 nights n enjoyed our stay ,the Ticino transportation pass was a plus , we went to Bellinzona by train. Everything was good, except no kettle in the room
Also the small bottle shower gel was not replenished for the 3 night-stay, my husband is a tall guy so it would have been good to get extra bottle after a day or two.
Night time you could hear the noise in the restaurant , dragged the chairs n people talking . But it was not too much an issue for us, it stopped at our bed time after midnight.

Ich war zwei Tage im Tessin sein, Gespräche führen, Frühstück und zwei Mahlzeiten bei ihnen. Gut!
Pros:

Alles war gut, die Zimmer gut geplant, natürlich ist frische Luft ein Problem, Fenster offen lassen lärmig, aber ich habe schon viel schlimmeres erlebt, sie passen sich den Umständen sehr elegant an. Ein ganz besonderes Kompliment an die junge Dame am Empfang, strahlende lächeln, charmante Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Alle Leute sehr efficient, der Service im Restaurant etwas langsam, aber das Risotto war eine wunderbare Sache, der Wein köstlich, Ich danke ihnen, ich komme wieder. perfekt für ein oder zwei Tage. Die Lage ist genial & das Restaurant fein. Sehr schöner Laden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schlecht isoliert, hintenraus Klimaanlage und elektro Geräte die riesen Lärm machten. Man kann kein Fenster öffnen ohne das Lärm vom Restaurant oder der Klimaanlage reinkommt. Sehr schlechte Bettmatratzen und sehr kleines Zimmer.

L'hôtel est particulièrement bien situé, proche du funiculaire qui monte à la gare, proche des commerces, du centre et du lac ! Vraiment super !
