Дуже тепло в кімнаті та гарна ванна з шампунем і полотенцями! Смачний завтрак,прям в номері! Приїздили на концерт Шугара, дуже вдале розташований до концертного залу!

Все було чудово, в номері чисто, тепло і затишно. Це був мій перший візит до Луцька і я залишилась з супер приємними враженнями, додатково хочу відмітити привітний персонал та смачний сніданок

Чисто, зручно, але дуже шумно вночі
Pros:

Готель чистий та доглянутий. Дуже приємний і ввічливий персонал. Зручне розташування — легко дістатися. Сніданок смачний, вибір хороший, залишилися задоволені.

Cons:

Дуже шумно — чути караоке та боулінг, а також усе, що відбувається на вулиці вночі. Звукоізоляція слабка, тому відпочити та виспатися складно. Нічний шум заважає комфорту проживання.

Загалом добре, але власникам варто оновити техніку, здивувало дзеркало на місці для телевізора
Pros:

Близько до центру, привітний персонал. Дівчата з рецепції намагались допомогти з різними питаннями. Також отримали комплімент від готелю під новий рік.

Cons:

В номері стандарт напроти ліжка висіло дзеркало, дуже некомфортно через це. Телевізор стояв збоку на столі. Були проблеми з телевізором або вайфаєм, не змогли подивитись фільм ні в першу, ні в другу ніч
