Отличный отель
Pros:

Всё было превосходно, чистота номера при заезде, кондиционер в номере,предоставили полотенца , одноразовые тапочки и щетки с пастой шампуни и гель для душа, холодильник в номере, сервис на высшем уровне, завтрак входящий в стоимость номера, вежливый и добрый персонал

Cons:

Единственное что не понравилось но это мелочь что в номере дверь душа чуток не закрывалась, но впринципе это никак не мешало

Pros:

Если забыть, что в номере не было указанного в описании кондиционера - твёрдая четвёрка, а за эти деньги (13 тыс тенге за двухместный номер с завтраком) - почти пятерка). Белье чистое, мебель не очень старая, звукоизоляция хорошая, соседей не слышали, в номере все работало.

Cons:

Месторасположение не очень, заселились поздно вечером, район показался даже жутковатым, почти не освещается, заросли вокруг. Хорошо, что полиция через квартал)
