Я в восторге! Администраторы связались со мной заранее по ватс ап. Согласовали ранний заезд без доплаты, накормили завтраком. Завтрак - это отдельная тема. Такого разнообразного и богатого завтрака я нигде не встречал. Из обширного меню выбираешь то, что ты хочешь (каши, омлеты, бутерброды, блины, сладости, напитки на выбор, салат, фрукты), все вкусно, готовят под тебя. Каждый день меняли постельное белье, тапочки, халат. Белье все новое, матрас шикарный. Сам номер чистенький. Да, это не люкс с мраморными полами, но все очень цивильно. В самом номере тихо было, высыпался хорошо. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда шли на помощь. В онлайн режиме подготовили справку о проживании для банка. Сервис прям супер! Небольшой отель прям в центре Астана, буквально 200 метров башня Байтерек, ТЦ напротив, в здании, в котором находится отель есть магазины, кафе, аптека. Все удобно!

Pros:

Очень всё понравилось! Чистый номер, полотенца, халат, принадлежности для душа, тапочки и т.д, всё есть! Вежливый персонал, готовый прийти на помощь, вкуснейшие завтрак на выбор. Стабильный wi-fi, не вылетал ни разу. Бутылка воды, чай, холодильник. Гостиница в 5 минутах от главного бульвара Астаны. Я не знаю, что еще нужно туристу, чтобы комфортно провести время.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The location was fantastic and the staff were very polite. They even borrowed a bus card to get around the city.

Cons:

Nothing really. Using Google was hard to fins the property. I had to use yandex maps
