Pros:

Tanto el recepcionista como las chicas de la limpieza que coincidí con ellas MAJISIMOS. Encima está cerca de muchos centros de estudio y como todos íbamos a hacer exámenes nos dieron un detallito.

Siendo Madrid es inevitable, pero es bastante caro en general no solo este sitio

Great facility and friendly staff
Pros:

I arrived very early at 09:00 and i was able to get to my room already at 10:00, which was amazing as i travelled all night. Normal check in is at 15:00 but they allowed me in so early. The stuff is very friendly. After our stay they left as small ´thank you´note and a gift at our door. So the hotel itself, facility and stuff is amazing. The area has plenty of gorcerries, bars and restaurants.
