Habitación cara para lo que ofrece
Pros:

La cercanía a la boca de metro de Suances.

Cons:

La limpieza justa, había mucho polvo en el cable del radiador del baño y la ducha estaba un poco sucia, para el precio que pagamos esperábamos que aun sin grandes lujos, la habitación estuviera impoluta.

The best value for price
Pros:

Really good value for money, even if it's only a 1 star hotel, it didn't feel much different than other 3/4 stars hotels I've been to in Madrid. The metro station is 2 minutes away. Kind staff, also left us some nice surprise messages and sweets.

Cons:

No fridge and not much space to keep your stuff, the hotel key card stopped working one day and we had to go back to the reception to get it fixed.

Penoso personal de recepcion

Recepcion muy borde. Llegue para el check in antes de las 3. El hotel tiene no mas de 25 habitaciones. Pedi si me podian hacer la habitacion antes de las 3 ya que tenia un almuerzo en el centro a las 2. Nada de empatia por parte de la recepcion que se limitaba a decirme que ya se habian comunicado con las limpiadoras pero que jo podian hacer nada mas. Muy bordes a la hora de reponder cuando me acercaba a preguntar cada media hora. Me tuvieron esperando mas de 1 hora y media. Para un hotel de mas de 250€ la noche deja mucho que desear.

Cons:

Quedamos muy decepcionados con el desayuno, caro y no es de calidad. Café frio, el tiempo de espera entre el café y el pan hace que se enfríe aún más y la pieza de fruta incomestible. Volvería al hotel pero sin desayuno incluido
