Decent but expected more for the price
Pros:

Friendly stuff ( all receptionists and cleaning ladies). We receive small attentions every day ( candies or small messages on paper or mirror).
Clean and secure.
Very good location. Just few meters away from metro Suanzes from where you can reach the city center directly in 20-30 min depending on the time of the day.
In the nearby area there are lots of places where to take breakfast/lunch cheap and tasty.

Cons:

The room is very small and basic. So small that there isn't even place for 2 chairs.
We stayed for 5 nights but we left our clothes in the luggage because there was no space to place them.
Cold in the room but I can understand that is subject to debate depending on one's preference.
The window is facing an office building. Due to the small distances between buildings we had to use the curtains all the time ( except weekends).
