必要最低限のモノがキッチリ揃っている。温泉は非常に良い。益田駅から歩いて行ける。近くにコンビニ（ローソン）やコインランドリーも有って便利。

立地的にも妥当な体験でした。
Pros:

建物の外観や内装の雰囲気、調度品のデザインが洗練されていたので、宿泊前は楽しみだったところ。専用駐車場からホテルまでが比較的近かったところ。

Cons:

連泊の場合清掃が7日に一度とのことで、客室備え付けの陶器製コップやスプーンなど清潔に利用したかったので、フロントでのアナウンスもしくは客室に案内があると良かった。
