Overall great, would come again, just hope with renovations they will work on sound isolation in hallway, that’s all

Friendly staff, great food, good care

Cons:

Sound isolation. Overnight or early morning doors slam and people were loud in the hallway making lot of noise, it didn’t bother too much happily. Great value for money, busses and trains connect frequently to th center. Staff is great

Pros:

Sehr gutes, sauberes und zweckmäßig ausgestattetes Hotel. Das Auto kann in der angeschlossenen Tiefgarage abgestellt werden und es besteht eine gute Busanbindung ins Stadtzentrum von Meran. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute, zum Hotel gehörende Pizzeria, wo wir gleich an beiden Abenden unseres Aufenthalts gegessen haben.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu sagen.

100% Kaos och besvikelse
Pros:

Inget, nothing. Förutom en servitör som försökte hjälpa till men blev utskälld av chef.

Cons:

Personal, läget, renlighet, service, språkkunskaper. Bokade 3bäddsrum med ac och fick litet dubbelrum utan ac. Faciliteten pool är en allmän badplats och inget som finns på hotellet. Efter 3h väntetid på en rättelse lämnade vi hotellet. Katastrof.
