L’hotel non è ben illuminato e la persona che credo sia la proprietaria non è stata molto accogliente.
Ho commesso io un errore nella prenotazione: invece di dicembre avevo prenotato per marzo, quindi l’errore è stato mio. Tuttavia, quando ho richiesto il cambio data tramite Booking, la piattaforma mi ha indicato un nuovo prezzo e mi ha addebitato una differenza di 7 euro.
La struttura ha accettato il cambio data, dato che c’erano ancora camere disponibili, ma la proprietaria mi ha chiesto di aggiungere altri 5 euro oltre ai 7 già pagati, sostenendo che in quel momento il prezzo della stanza era più alto e che Booking non fosse aggiornato.
Ha anche detto di aver accettato la modifica in fretta senza leggere bene.
Quindi per chi prenotava in quel momento da fuori era un prezzo, per me che ero li davanti a lei era un'altro.
Ho trovato questa richiesta piuttosto strana e, leggendo altre recensioni, ho avuto conferma che l’abitudine di chiedere supplementi per vari motivi sembra essere ricorrente.
Consiglio di leggere le altre recensioni per farsi un’idea. Personalmente, esperienza molto deludente.
