7-Electricity was cut off only in my room from 4 am to 9 am ( but not in the other rooms ) , after I informed the lady in charge, she paid the balance and the electricity was restored?
8- The lady in charge refused to repair washbasin water or change the room ( after the advance full payment of three days ) , she does not know how to deal and respect guests , she wants to keep my passport with her so I refused and told her to take a picture of it .
