Not the worth for the price

I should ask for refund
Pros:

I liked nothing beside it was close to Boriwali railway station. If i knew about the condition i would not book it.

Cons:

Broken toilet sit, stain on bad sheet, holes in Blanket, not provided Toilet tissue, but the most disgusting and disturbing was Cockroaches all over.

Stay was nice and behavior of the staff is very good.
Pros:

No breakfast is provided by the Hotel Divine. No Restaurant in the Hotel Divine to provide breakfast or tea. Served only on demand on payment basis by the guests.
In fact for tea and water also, it was paid services which were not levied and we are informed it was discount for us .

Cons:

No room Kettle provision for making tea or coffee by the Guests themselves in the absence of a Restaurant in the hotel.

No room but confirmed booking!
Pros:

I had a confirmed booking and advised them I was on a late flight and the expected time of arrival was midnight. When i arrived, there was no room available. Booking.com didn't help either as not answer to my.messages.

In the end at 2.30am I found a room and ended up paying a lot more.

Cons:

Nothing to like.
