The location
In the 5 days we were there, not once new sheets or towels or cleaning of the room, although we only slept out 2 times. It was New Year. Breakfast only between 7 and 9 am, which is ridiculous if you like to stay out a bit later at night and sleep a bit longer. In other pensions in the neighborhood they surved breakfast until 10 am, and one even the whole day. Also warm water was a catastrophe. The receptionist, who tried to help us, said that it could take 5 to 10 minutes to have warm water, but we had it only 2 times... And there is supposed to be a bar near the swimming pool, but it was never open during the day and it didn't look very welcome..Not recommended for that price.
The pool was nice.
The bed was rock hard. Not really a mattress but a pad a couple inches thick. These were common in Vietnam. The shower is just a hand sprayer in the bathroom. There's no shower stall, also common there.
Absolutely no security. Found the front door of the inn wide open in the middle of the night with not a soul around.
On arrival, the desk had my reservation completely different from the 2-room booking, com confirmation and tried to charge me more than double the confirmed price. They were very insistent. But I had my booking.com papers and they eventually relented. They also refused credit cards, although booking.com says they take them.
Breakfast has only three options. A fried egg and bread or some soup or a veggie sandwich. That was it.
The beach in that area is really a concrete coated shoreline. Not a spot for swimming. There's a swimming beach a half mile away.
But really your need to know that Mui Ne is not ready for tourists, It is mostly very run-down local shops and restaurants and tons of "hotels and spas". College kids backpacking through Asia... okay. Families with kids or middle aged tourists... no. Go to Nha Trang instead.
Love this district of Mui Ne. Near market, shops and beach bars. Pool is great - my son loved it, especially climbing area. Room is simple but ok. Balcony with palms view.
Hotel is old. Just keep this in mind. But everything worked ok. Now there is no beach here. Road is not only walking- many motorbikes all day long.
Best view very love quite and enjoy the back with the coconut tent and have the fresh air from ocean behind the Hotel. Thank you for serving us there !

Pool was nice
The only beer the bar had to serve me was as hot as the sun, pulled out of a broken fridge. The pancakes in the morning might have been the worst pancakes I have ever had in my life and I eat a lot of pancakes.
