Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und geräumig. Mit einem schönen grossen Balkon. Guter AC und bequemes Bett. Badezimmer auch top. Die Lage auf einem Hügel und die tolle Aussicht macht es besonders. Dazu der gute Preis für gute Qualität.
Ich verstehe nicht warum von früh morgends bis spät abends laute Partymusik in der Pool-Area laufen muss?! Das mögen evtl die jüngeren Gäste. Ich bin deshalb nicht dort gewesen weil es einfach zu laut und unentspannt ist. Das WiFi im Zimmer war unzuverlässig. Der TV funktionierte nicht. Der Safe war defekt und das Zimmer konnte man nicht abschließen. Jemand könnte über den Balkon einbrechen.
Every room has view of ocean (except 1). Clean pool. Quiet. Very new. Great bidet- the solo lady travellers will appreciate. ;)
Staff eating dinner on ground. No reception. No sign that says “reception at Bliss” down hill 1 minute. No soap: they tell u to go to reception to ask for soap. Great value. Easy hill to walk up; with many busy restaurants.

One day I forgot my smartwatch on a lounger by the pool. The next day I looked for it. Since it was a Garmin watch, it connected to my mobile phone in the pool bar area. I asked the lady at the bar if they had found it? We showed her a photo and she said no. We asked the reception if anyone had found it. She said no but that she would call the pool bar to see if they had found it. The answer was no. My mobile phone still showed the watch connected only at the pool bar. Everywhere else they gave me disconnected. I started showing the lady at the pool bar that Watch was still connecting to my mobile phone there and that it must be there somewhere. At that moment she put on a sweatshirt, took her handbag and started to quickly leave. We stopped her because she had it with her because it started to disconnect. At that point she started looking for something in her handbag and took out my watch. She said that she thought we were looking for a bracelet (we showed her the exact photo of the watch right at the beginning). We went to tell the reception about this whole situation because they were also deceived when the lady from the reception called her to see if they could find them. After an hour of solving the problem, we didn't even get an apology. Nothing at all!
Loved it here! Away from the main town but near a very nice and clean part of the beach. Pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers. Bedroom was clean, air con worked well.

Great big room, amazing view, great Wi-Fi and ac and stocked mini bar 🍀 awesome food, bar, pool and facilities. Tam at the front desk is amazing, kind and very helpful. Great stay 🍀

The hotel is located 300m up a hilly lane way. Our transport van was unable to drive up lane (16 seater vehicle) so we had to lug our luggage up
Great restaurant near by, staff friendly.
Old and run down, TV not working, pool area poor, however can use other hotel, be careful of bed head made of tiles, smashed head a few times.

gigantic hill. this particular property had no staff so
you had to hike down the mountain for things
it is simple the room is comfortable and clean
many of the rooms have a birds nest in the Aircondition and the staff does not clean it. Even though they know about it.
Clean, comfy with a nice and friendly receptionist named Hà who can speak good English 👍🏼
The hotel located in a narrow alley and took us around 5mins (with multiple luggage) to walk up to it. Statue of buddha inside the room also make us quite uncomfortable.
