Dirty, wrong location. Move to the very bad place. Wifi very bad

Phòng mới nhưng cửa phòng không tốt lắm, vị trí trên dốc cao nhưng không cảnh báo trước, lễ tân ở khu khác với khu phòng và cũng không báo trước là có xà phòng với bàn chải đánh ra ở lễ tân, không để trong phòng.
One day I forgot my smartwatch on a lounger by the pool. The next day I looked for it. Since it was a Garmin watch, it connected to my mobile phone in the pool bar area. I asked the lady at the bar if they had found it? We showed her a photo and she said no. We asked the reception if anyone had found it. She said no but that she would call the pool bar to see if they had found it. The answer was no. My mobile phone still showed the watch connected only at the pool bar. Everywhere else they gave me disconnected. I started showing the lady at the pool bar that Watch was still connecting to my mobile phone there and that it must be there somewhere. At that moment she put on a sweatshirt, took her handbag and started to quickly leave. We stopped her because she had it with her because it started to disconnect. At that point she started looking for something in her handbag and took out my watch. She said that she thought we were looking for a bracelet (we showed her the exact photo of the watch right at the beginning). We went to tell the reception about this whole situation because they were also deceived when the lady from the reception called her to see if they could find them. After an hour of solving the problem, we didn't even get an apology. Nothing at all!
Loved it here! Away from the main town but near a very nice and clean part of the beach. Pool was clean and had plenty of sun loungers. Bedroom was clean, air con worked well.

Great big room, amazing view, great Wi-Fi and ac and stocked mini bar 🍀 awesome food, bar, pool and facilities. Tam at the front desk is amazing, kind and very helpful. Great stay 🍀

The hotel is located 300m up a hilly lane way. Our transport van was unable to drive up lane (16 seater vehicle) so we had to lug our luggage up
Great restaurant near by, staff friendly.
Old and run down, TV not working, pool area poor, however can use other hotel, be careful of bed head made of tiles, smashed head a few times.

you had to hike down the mountain for things
it is simple the room is comfortable and clean
many of the rooms have a birds nest in the Aircondition and the staff does not clean it. Even though they know about it.
Clean, comfy with a nice and friendly receptionist named Hà who can speak good English 👍🏼
The hotel located in a narrow alley and took us around 5mins (with multiple luggage) to walk up to it. Statue of buddha inside the room also make us quite uncomfortable.
1) Location - a little farther from the very center part, with still top notch food and drink options and everything at walking distance, which i loved. The beach was just across the road entering a resort of some kind and letting yourself walk through. Walking towards the hotel on the small street, there is an amazing restaurant / grocery store, with amazing cheap Vietnamese food - I tried everything seafood (fresh) oriented and I recommend it greatly!
2) I got a room with a view, and what a view it was - the last floor of the hotel had a view overlooking the sea and the palm trees. It took my breath away. Also the pool area is secluded and most of the time I spent on my own, as there were not a lot of people there (amazing!). The area was protected from wind as well :) The room, in addition was also great. They had two pillows - one soft, one harder, to suit anybody's needs.
3) The service - upon arrival I was kindly greeted and everything was sorted out quickly, I was led to my room. I had a small problem with the shower head, which they fixed in no time. I felt really appreciated and welcomed there.
Remember, this didn't change my outview of a positive stay at all - the breakfast was not included, it was more expensive than some of the restaurants nearby and the music at the breakfast restaurant (that was located very near but not at the same location) was EDM first thing in the morning - tourists were a little bit startled or energized by it.. :D
Good view, the facility was better than what I had saw on the booking. Good services.
The cleaner only comes once for 2 days, so the facility is not clean. It took a long time when I wanted to take a hot bath. I had to keep the water on for nearly 15 minutes so it was warm enough for me to shower. The worse thing is that it didn't have a clothes hanger. After swimming, I had to hang my clothes in front of my room instead.
