Important information:

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is no elevator in the hotel. All rooms are located on the first or second floor.

Please note that from October to beginning of March the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On those days the reception is only open until 16:00. Arrival after this time is not possible.

Ich werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft gerne nutzen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Lage ist sehr gut zwischen Altstadt und See. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und schön dekoriert. Das Familienzimmer war geräumig und hell.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte vielfältiger sein. Aber im Allgemeinen akzeptabel.

Wunderbare Lage am See insbesondere auch beim Lichterfestival ein Geheimtipp mit Blick auf den See.
Leckeres Frühstückbuffet mit grosser Auswahl.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Personnel sympathique mais très mauvais rapport qualité-prix

Personnel très sympathique. Très bon emplacement dans la ville.

Cons:

Installations vieillissantes. Le design est vieux avec de la moquette usée. Il n y a pas de lobby où prendre un verre dans la hall de l'hôtel. Une fois le canapé-lit déplié, pas de place pour s'installer dans la chambre familiale très mal insonorisée. Les installations de la chambre ne correspondent pas au standing. Meuble en verre pas pratique, bouilloire sans prise à côté difficile d'accès. Pas d'ascenseur. Je ne paierais pas plus de 130chf pour cette chambre familiale.

Personnel du restaurant: pas agréable en communication.
Repas: Filets de perche mauvaise qualité, mou, venant de la Pologne, mais prix suisse.
