Important information:

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is no elevator in the hotel. All rooms are located on the first or second floor.

Please note that from October to beginning of March the restaurant is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. On those days the reception is only open until 16:00. Arrival after this time is not possible.

Ok für eine Nacht, über alles eher enttäuschend.
Pros:

Grosses Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, gutes Bett, gute Lage. Gutes, frisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer im 2. Stock ohne Lift, es war kalt und die Heizung nicht einmal lauwarm. 1 Steckdose am Boden für Handy aufladen, Wasserkocher (!). Badewanne sehr eng und kurz, habe nur geduscht. Abends ab 20 Uhr geschlossen, niemand da, wenn man etwas essen oder trinken will, muss ma 15-20 Minuten in die Stadt hinauf laufen. Also nur mit Auto zu empfehlen. Um 09:40 beginnt die Bedienung rund um einen herum abzuräumen, Möbel zu rücken und neu einzudecken, es stresst, man soll bitte gehen.

Pros:

Sehr schönes altes Haus. Das grosse Zimmer Nr.18 und bequeme Bett hat Freude bereitet.

Cons:

Die Dusche in der Badewanne unter der Dachschräge ist eigentlich für Erwachsene unbrauchbar. Schade um das sonst schöne Bad.

Eccezionale weekend a Morat con vista lago e un ottimo servizio
Pros:

La posizione eccezionale, la camera spaziosa e con vista lago, il servizio e la disponibilità del personale. I parcheggi erano adiacenti la struttura e il bellissimo centro storico è a due passi dall'hotel.

Pros:

Lage direkt am See ist top. Auch die Sauberkeit und die Speisen sind absolut in Ordnung. Übernachtungspreis ist angemessen .

Cons:

Die Mitarbeitenden sowohl an der Rezeption als auch abends im Restaurant sind nicht freundlich und man hat das Gefühl nicht besonders willkommen zu sein. Die Dame beim Frühstück sollte besser einen Job ohne Kundenkontakt wählen. Es fehlt ein Hinweis, dass es keinen Lift gibt.

Super séjour!
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, le personnel très accueillant et souriant.
La chambre était propre et calme.
Le petit-déjeuner au top!

Cons:

Il manque un ascenseur, pas pratique lorsqu'on a un enfant avec une poussette et des bagages...

Pros:

Emplacement parfait .
Petit déjeuner copieux et bon.
Chambre bien, confortable.

Cons:

La douche est beaucoup trop petit, sauf si on fait 1.60 m !!! Point vraiment très négatif.
