There is no water, there is no one to help,dirty rooms ,no response from the manager for our calls. We booked 4 rooms.There is no water glasses in any room .To keep medicines there is no refrigerator in rooms or a common refrigerator. After 10 PM he locked the premises and went off. Today morning 5 AM it is opened. If something goes wrong with respect to health where to go. It is absolutely you can call it a jail not hotel. All walls are dirty. He has not kept soaps, tooth brush except shampoo. Our stay with this accommodation spoiled our moods to continue with Munnar trip. We booked the hotel on seeing the good reviews but it is actually rigged reviews. My honest advice please remove this hotel from your booking.com app otherwise we loose our hopes on booking.com company. It is not worth for 1000 Rs for a day to stay. If you allow me I will upload my photos. Don't release the payment to the hotel if you want us to continue with booking.com company. K.NAGESH BABU 9900237589.

Good location, comfortable cosy beds. Extremely supportive staff. Neat and clean rooms. Mr. Anand was extremely supportive and guided us well. I was a solo mom traveller with two kids and I will highly recommend this hotel for any solo woman traveller.

Nice stay in Munnar.
Pros:

The hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hot water was available, kettle in the room, Wi-Fi connection was good and it was pretty quiet.

The hotel is within walking distance to Munnar town and the bus station.

Cons:

Everything was good.

good location, amazing staff
Pros:

located just outside of munnar centre, which meant it was peaceful and relatively central still with lots of nearby restaurants. the staff members were so incredibly friendly, and gave me good advice on what to do in Munnar. The room was extremely clean and had a kettle with coffee and tea also. They also have a great laundry service and my clothes came out nice and clean

Comfortable Hotel at Great Location
Pros:

Location of the Hotel is great. Just located in Central Munnar within 1 km from Market area. Rooms are cozy and staff is very cordial and friendly.

Cons:

Hotel didn't have kitchen facility. Although all food items are available nearby. But sometimes you don't want to leave comfort of your room and order Room Service

Pros:

A lovely hotel in Munnar, perfect for a relaxing stay in Kerala. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well arranged, with a nice bathroom. Everything was pleasant and well maintained. The staff were incredibly attentive, always friendly and helpful, and gave excellent advice to explore the area. A wonderful experience — highly recommended

Struttura centrale, vicina alla città che si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi, camera spaziosa e pulita, personale buono a parte il menagere dell hotel che non voleva rimanessi dopo il check out all’hotel perché non voleva sostassi nella hall, che tra l altro era molto piccola, ma purtroppo avevo 2 grandi valige e il mio bus era alle 14 quindi avevo qualche ora da aspettare e lui non é stato per niente disponibile, molto sorridente fino all ora del check out poi trasformato in assolutamente non comprensibile alla mia situazione
