Pros:

We booked a deluxe double room. It was spacious enough for our family. We were provided with an extra bed for our children on request. The service is good. The location of this place is quite easy to access the nearby shops, restaurants and others. Our room was by the cliffside view.

Great option to stay in Munnar!
Pros:

The room was large and quite clean. The staff was great, very kind and helpful, especially Arun. Location is good for day trips around Munnar.

Cons:

The room was a bit too humid and without the AC there was no way to dehumidify. The views were not great.
