Our recent stay at Tea Garden Riverside in Munnar was peaceful and highly comfortable. The service was excellent, and the team went out of their way to support us. Hot water is available. While there is no in-house restaurant, great dining spots are just a short walk away.

A special thanks to Anand, the Front Office Manager, for his kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. He was always approachable and went out of his way to help us throughout our stay, ensuring that we were comfortable and had a pleasant experience.
The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Munnar and would definitely love to stay here again.

No Tea ,NO Garden ,No Riverside,it's a misleading name of an Unmaintained property,No exhaust in bathrooms,no sevice of any kind except water ,and utensils on demand, misleading description ,NO Real windows that can let in fresh air

Stay was good and very nice rooms ,easy to access from main road and walkable distance to city center overall it was awesome.

There is no water, there is no one to help,dirty rooms ,no response from the manager for our calls. We booked 4 rooms.There is no water glasses in any room .To keep medicines there is no refrigerator in rooms or a common refrigerator. After 10 PM he locked the premises and went off. Today morning 5 AM it is opened. If something goes wrong with respect to health where to go. It is absolutely you can call it a jail not hotel. All walls are dirty. He has not kept soaps, tooth brush except shampoo. Our stay with this accommodation spoiled our moods to continue with Munnar trip. We booked the hotel on seeing the good reviews but it is actually rigged reviews. My honest advice please remove this hotel from your booking.com app otherwise we loose our hopes on booking.com company. It is not worth for 1000 Rs for a day to stay. If you allow me I will upload my photos. Don't release the payment to the hotel if you want us to continue with booking.com company. K.NAGESH BABU 9900237589.

Good location, comfortable cosy beds. Extremely supportive staff. Neat and clean rooms. Mr. Anand was extremely supportive and guided us well. I was a solo mom traveller with two kids and I will highly recommend this hotel for any solo woman traveller.

The hotel was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hot water was available, kettle in the room, Wi-Fi connection was good and it was pretty quiet.
The hotel is within walking distance to Munnar town and the bus station.

located just outside of munnar centre, which meant it was peaceful and relatively central still with lots of nearby restaurants. the staff members were so incredibly friendly, and gave me good advice on what to do in Munnar. The room was extremely clean and had a kettle with coffee and tea also. They also have a great laundry service and my clothes came out nice and clean
