Super Hotel O Nashik Road Formerly The Address Hotel

I did not end up checking into this hotel and chose to stay elsewhere because of the way the early check-in request was handled.

I had informed the hotel a week in advance that I would be arriving early. While I completely understand that rooms may have been fully occupied and that early check-in cannot always be guaranteed, the issue was not the unavailability of the room but the rude and unhelpful attitude of the staff over the phone.

We arrived at 9:00 AM, while the official check-in time was 12:00 noon. We were even willing to pay an additional charge for early check-in if a room was available. However, the only response we received was to leave our bags and return after 12:00 PM.

The main reason we booked this hotel, despite mixed reviews, was its proximity to the railway station. Our plan was to check in, freshen up, and then leave for the place we had come to visit. A little understanding and better communication from the staff would have made a significant difference.

Hotels should pay special attention to guest requirements that are communicated in advance, especially when female travelers are arriving after a journey. Even if the request cannot be accommodated, it should be handled professionally and courteously.

Unfortunately, the poor customer service experience led us to cancel our stay and book another hotel.

No rowels and door mats. Unresponsive staff. Dirty matress. No cleaning.

I didn't stay here, I was asking them to show rooms but they asked for payment first, once they got payment they put chekin on booking.com, I told them that I can can avail this room they said go and check other hotel, I left at the same time but they didn't refunded my money, I stayed at some other hotel in nashik, please take action and refund my money. Behaviour, conduct was pathetic abusive language

There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, and the overall hygiene standards were not satisfactory. The environment felt more like a hospital setting than a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a waste of money.
