Loved it.
Pros:

They say it’s all about location and this property met that standard. Near all the main beaches and in proximity to other restaurants and supermarkets. It’s quiet, peaceful and safe enough to walk at night. They also provide access to the beach and beach chairs. The rooms are excellent. People are there to visit and explore and don’t stay in the room much. So anybody complaining about the room, please ignore it. The property is awesome and well kept and the staff is great.

Do yourself a favor and rent a car, buy essentials in the supermarket (drinks etc) and purchase your own beach towels so you don’t have to pay for them at the hotel.

Cons:

So the big down for me was the WiFi. There was none in the rooms and given most of us in the modern world work remotely, WiFi is essential. You have to be in the common area for internet.

The breakfast was your traditional Italian breakfast. Nothing special but it’s ok. Not really a big deal. However, the dinner was a hit or miss for us. I would recommend updating the menu. The fish, seafood and steak were great. We were out and about during lunch hours so I can speak for the lunch hours.

The pillows were rather flat. I recommend providing better pillows and or two per visitor. Folks like me with neck problems need to be comfortable.

I don’t recommend buying the house drinks or anything because if you’re a foreigner like me, you will acquire a CITY TAX PER PURCHASE, per day. Example 2 adult drinks and 2 KID drinks cost me 43 euros PLUS the CITY TAX per purchase of 35 euros. Not worth it.

La struttura, situata in una posizione comoda per raggiungere diverse spiagge, ha un ottimo potenziale. Le aree comuni sono molto curate e pulite, e le camere sono accoglienti. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La cucina ottima.

Cons:

Mancano alcuni servizi, in particolare l’animazione, sia per adulti sia per bambini, è inesistente.
La spiaggia dell’hotel è poco curata, con sabbia grossolana e posidonia.
La colazione andrebbe migliorata.

We were 2 families 2 rooms so we shall get 2 bottles of wine and mineral water, one per a table. The staf offered us only one botle of wine and one of a mineral water. We always had to ask for additional bottle. It wasn't nice

Das Hotel hätte das Potenzial für ein schönes Ferienhotel, wenn nicht arrogantes und unfreundliches Personal ( das betrifft nicht alle, sondern hauptsächlich die Rezeption und den Pool) das positive Äußere zunichte machen würden.

Cons:

Arrogante, abweisende Personen an Rezeption und Pool.
Sonnenschirme wurden abgebaut, deshalb waren kaum Gäste am Pool.
Tauben beschmutzen täglich mit Ihrem Kot einzelne Bereiche des Hotels (Terrasse). Hier zu sitzen oder etwas abzustellen ist eklig.
Der Strand war komplett mit Seegras verschmutzt.

Poolanlage, Wasser aber recht kalt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 138 war Anfang Oktober sehr kalt und roch modrig. Sehr kalter Fußboden. Sehr dunkel. Großer Investionsstau. Gefühlt wurde da 20 Jahre nichts mehr renoviert. Duschkopf total verkalkt. Kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer.
