Lack of cleaning
Pros:

Bed was very comfy.

Cons:

Every where was dusty and there were cobwebs. Broken tiles around the toilet. No toilet roll. Pair of pjs been left in drawer.

Cons:

The room smelled bad, as if it hadn't been aired out. Thank goodness I have perfume. We didn't know how to use the shower; we tried several times, but it was always cold, so we had to use a cup to help ourselves. We have the same bathtub and shower at home. There should have been some instructions on how to use showers! The rest of the room was fine.

Good place to know if on a budget for 1 night when travelling around the East of England. Very comfy
Pros:

Easy check in with room key left in individual safe box in reception area, code provided by email. Very comfortable bed, good lighting, tea/coffee, biscuits and water provided, an excellent shower and ample towels. Good size room.

Cons:

I could hear the people in the next door room. A better sound proofing would be good, although appreciate, hard to implement.

Pros:

Location to crematorium

Cons:

Room we stayed in was a little tired. Had requested and had confirmed a walk in shower rather than shower in tub to accommodate my mothers mobility issues to find none existed.

Pros:

The accommodation is set in a lovely quiet area close to local amenities with plenty of parking. The booking in process was simple & easy it good communication.

Cons:

When entering the room we were hit by a damp musty smell which did not dissipate during outer stay. The carpet had quite a few stains and what looked like a burn. More attention needs to be paid to the cleaning. The shower wall had clearly not been cleaned for a while. We had twin eds which we moved together, when moving the bed yet more stains and quite a bit of rubbish.

Website is misleading. States breakfast is available, however it’s only on when they have a function
Pros:

Location was close to where I needed to be.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. Bed was very hard. Websites breakfast available at the property which was not the case. Only do breakfast when they have functions on. Otherwise don’t expect it.
