Kedves, barátságos személyzet. Szép, rendezett, tiszta szobák. Jó parkolási és elektromos autó töltési lehetőség. Jó látni hogy a határon túl is a Magyar hagyományokat és történelmet ápolják. A kastély szépen fel van újítva. Színvonalas programok vannak.

Cons:

A fürdőszobában az elszívó össze van kötve az étterem konyhai elszívójával. Az ételszagok feljönnek. A recepció szerint már megvan a megoldás és javítani fogják.

Tolles, historisches Haus, abseits der Hauptstrasse mit sehr schönem Garten
Pros:

Ich bin mit dem Motorrad angereist. Ich wurde vorher angerufen, wann die Rezeption offen ist. Der Rezeptionist half mir mit dem Gepäck. Ich konnte da Motorrad zwar nicht auf dem Hotelgrundstück selbst parken, aber auf einem Bewachten Grundstück gegenüber.
Im Restaurant ist eine Ferienjobberin, Ihr Name ist Barbara, besonders zu bewerten. Sie war ausgesprochen höflich hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Das Abendessen war sehr gut.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall das Hotel wieder buchen

-Leider kein Fahrstuhl ins 1te OG
-Das Frühstück wurde vorselektiert, Ich hatte nur wenig Auswahl. Die Ferienjobberin Barbara half hier aber nach Kräften es -mir angenehmer zu machen.
