PARKE UP
Pros:

There are so many hotels in Parkes. I just needed a bed n a good shower., this was great price . On the Main street corner by services club . It has an Authentic Italian Restaraunt down stairs AND Its An ACTUAL ART STUDIO. Very COOL .
The bed was really comfy too

Fabulous budget stay, very central location
Pros:

It was fabulous. Easy pin code check in. Good parking at rear. Room had everything, including a big wash basin. Very comfy bed. Lovely clean showers with bath mats and shampoo and conditioner. Also, great restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. It was great value!

watching the cameras way too much instead of cleaning

I checked in early so room wasn't cleaned
Got told I would be told to leave the next morning because my son stayed with me , and had to pay extra 100 per night , already way over priced. ! Had visitors and was told I was being watched on camera and guests had to leave . Kitchen was putrid, off food in fridge , cockroaches , no cooking utensils and 3 forks in kitchen .. I had to wash up all crockery before I used them . Toaster didn't work. Range hood falling apart. No milk. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned for god knows how long , no TV remote . Sofa bed was on a till.. definatly jnot value for money ..

Great value for money
Pros:

Nice little place. There are no staff on site so you have to manage your own check-in. But this was seamless with passcode access. Great little ristorante downstairs (although the carbonara needs to be more authentically Italian - they could lose the cream. So, I had the pizza which is prob too much for solo travellers - maybe they could make a smaller version). Still, well worth while eating there. Rooms are clean with TV and bar fridge. What else do you need?
