The heart of the Latin quarter
Pros:

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly, breakfast was very traditional and tasty. Rooms were big and bed was super comfy.

Pros:

Toppenbra läge, precis mitt bland alla de fina färgglada husen. Väldigt trevliga restauranger i närheten.
Fin takterrass som var tillgänglig för alla.
Vi bokade en taxitur och såg på stan, efter rekommendation från hotellet.

Cons:

Lite tråkig frukost.

Pros:

Wir hatten das Superiorzimmer mit Kingzise Bett und Balkon 33qm im 3.OG und waren 2 Nächte dort. Es war schön hell mit gutem Blick über das Viertel. Die Altstadt ist sehr schön und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erkunden.Die Lage ist perfekt und auch das Frühstück war prima.

Well worth a stay, Enjoy!
Pros:

Perfectly situated in the unique Fontaines area, surrounded by a wealth of great Bars and restaurants.
The hotel is superb, great rooms helpful staff and a roof terrace with a wonderful view of the river.
It is a great base from which to explore the old city of Panaji.
Great complementary breakfast, too , Enjoy!!

Cons:

- AC switch had a lot of sparking in the middle of the night and the hotel team’s response was like it is no big deal. Zero accountability from the staff. We spoke to the reception at night but in the morning when the shift had changed, nobody was informed of what had happened in the room at night and that they must not check in somebody else in the same room without fixing the electrical malfunction. When we told them at check out time that this has happened, their response was - “oh I didn’t know. Thanks for letting me know. “
- entire room floor was sticky and dirty
- no exhaust fan or any other kind of ventilation in the bathroom
- bad breakfast

Nice butique hotel
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. First of all, the location in Fontainhas is fantastic – a charming and colorful area that really adds to the overall experience.
The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed and a small terrace, which was a lovely bonus. Everything was clean and smelled fresh, making the stay even more enjoyable.
It’s a very nice boutique hotel with a unique atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Fijn verblijf
Pros:

De kamers zijn ruim en alle nodige zaken zijn aanwezig.
De bedden lagen zalig! Ook fijn dat er een airco en een ventilator aanwezig waren. Wij hebben alleen met de ventilator aan geslapen en dit was super.
De medewerkers waren vriendelijker en behulpzaam, maar minder hartelijk dan in vele andere hotels.
De locatie kan niet beter! Midden in de Fontainhas op wandelafstand van restaurants, winkels en bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt zou uitgebreider mogen met meer variatie.
De hygiëne was over het algemeen goed maar we hebben toch een aantal kakkerlakken zien kruipen.
De airco maakte te veel lawaai om aangenaam mee te slapen.
