Nice hotel in Fontainhas Panjim
Pros:

Comfortable superior room and bed. Room stayed cool and bearable even without Aircon or fan. Good size bathroom with shower. Great location for shopping and eating in Panjim.

Cons:

Rooms require more thorough cleaning, there was dust under the beds and stains on the furniture . Towels and bedding were also stained. Breakfast was very simple. Coffee and tea options could have been better.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned, towels changed for the 3 days I was there. I will and should request room cleaning for my next visit.

Excellent stay. Highly recommended
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The building is exactly as per the photos, possibly better. In fact the quality of the hotel is only matched by the wonderful location. I highly recommend staying here and am so glad that I did.

Great small hotel in the Latin Quarter
Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff (in particular the gentlemen from reception from the North East). Good facilities (probably recently renewed). Great location in the Latin Quarter, next to a number of good restaurants with local cuisine.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better and have larger choice

Pros:

New hotel from outside, but rooms need some better maintenance and cleaning. Buffet breakfast was good with mostly indian options.
Staff was kind and helpful.Worth for money

Great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

The location is perfect. The room was large and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and available for every question or request. They even walked with us to help us find an ATM that was open.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite limited, with very few food options. Also, the shower only has a rainfall shower head and no handheld shower head, which was inconvenient.
