Mac and Co was the perfect staff! Loved there so much, thank you Guys! Highly recommended!
The food was without doubt some of the best we have eaten! We had dinner and breakfast and both were exceptional for quality and taste. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable and pretty. A winderful stay.
Having a window that opened would have been nice and the windowsills could have done with a wipe down. But it didn't detract from a fantastic visit.

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Excellent food, had the cod from the main menu it was cooked superbly and very tasty.
Good location for Oxford visit too.
Nice location, friendly staff and good food.
Location chosen for its proximity to a wedding venue. Room lovely. Ckean& comfortavke. Iron , board & a good hairdryer provided. Food excellent staff were lovely & friendly
We had no complaints
Well appointed rooms, though high temperatures impacted quality of sleep.
Food in the pub, both dinner and breakfast were really good. Easily accommodated gluten free menu options. Recommend.
Food and menu choice. Quality of rooms. Just need air conditioning for hot summers.
Very friendly staff also dog friendly and nice location just down the road from Abingdon.
Rooms were a bit small
The breakfast was great, good selection. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had dinner there as well and couldn't fault it.
Everything was great, nothing could have been better.
Comfortable bed
We had difficulty regulating the room temperature.
Working in Wallingford so the location was perfect - just a short 10 minute drive into town.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard this time. I have stayed here before and not noticed this, but this time (sadly) the bathroom wasn't clean and the coffee machine.....well, unusable.
Beautiful surroundings, great food and drink choices, very comfortable and clean bed, under floor heating
Bathroom was not very clean - skirting area dusty, cobwebs, mirror in bathroom rusted and dusty, floor and wall near shower stained from constant sloashing from shower. Some areas on the walls been filled and painted- paint is different colour
