Mac-nificent
Pros:

Stopped off here for a night on our way south for a wedding and what a wonderful place. Our hosts Mac, Kim and Madmaddy gave us a perfect welcome after a long drive from the North West. The room was a converted barn which was hot but fine, but the restaurant, food and service were impeccable.
Thanks to all for a very memorable stay, good luck to Madmaddy on her upcoming podcast “sort your life out” and to Mac & Km on their recent engagement.

Pros:

The service went above and beyond.
We had a problem with a television set on a World Cup evening but this was quickly rectified.
Having found out it was one of our birthdays we were treated to a late night candle and cake.

Charming consideration all round.

Bra läge och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Outhärdligt varmt (besökte under en värmebölja), gick inte att öppna fönstret i rummet och fläkten fungerade dåligt. Var ca 30 grader i rummet hela natten.

Pros:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war sehr schön. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Badezimmer war recht groß. Alles war sehr sauber. Parkplätze gab es ohne Extrakosten direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück, ich wählte „Salmon & Eggs“ aus der Frühstücks-Menükarte war sehr lecker.
Hinweis: Das Frühstück war kein Buffet. Es konnte aus mehreren Frühstückszubereitungen aus der Frühstücks-Menükarte ausgesucht werden und wurde frisch zubereitet.

Cons:

Bei dem derzeitigen Wetter haben wir eine Klimaanlage vermisst. In unserem Zimmer war es sehr warm.
Im Zimmer befand sich über der regulären Ein-/Ausgangstür ein dauerhaft beleuchtetes Notausgangs-Schild. Das hat abends beim Einschlafen gestört, wobei ich nicht weiß, ob dies in Gastunterkünften dieser Größenordnung in UK vielleicht sogar vorgeschrieben ist.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, fabulous food!
Pros:

The property was easy to find and parking plentiful. We had a great welcome from the staff and this continued throughout our stay. They were all very pleasant and friendly. The food was excellent, its great to have such a good restaurant on site. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, the ensuite bathrooms very clean. We would happily stay again.

Cons:

The only downside (and a very small point) is there is only a small grass area for dogs available. It is on quite a busy road so walking was not much fun but this would not prevent us from staying again.

Goed met uitdagingen.
Pros:

Mooie kamer. Ruime badkamer. Zeer goed eten. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De kamer was erg warm (27 graden) De verlichting deed het niet. We kwamen hier pas laat achter en toen kon men het niet meer verhelpen dus kregen we twee losse lampjes. Boven de deur zit een lamp met de nooduitgang. Deze lamp geeft teveel licht waardoor het niet donker wordt als je wilt slapen.
