Un logement insalubre et étouffant qui a totalement gâché nos vacances et notre argent

Absolument rien. Ce logement a complètement gâché nos vacances et a été une pure perte d'argent.

Cons:

Tout est à revoir. L'appartement est extrêmement sombre avec une lumière très faible et une odeur d'humidité insupportable. L'humidité est omniprésente (sur les murs et même dans le frigo), accompagnées de fourmis et d'insectes. C'est très vieillot et bruyant. De plus, il n'y a aucune fenêtre : la seule ouverture est un portail donnant sur une petite terrasse qu'on ne peut pas laisser ouvert la nuit pour des raisons de sécurité. Il n'y a donc aucune aération naturelle possible. Le déshumidificateur sur place est totalement insuffisant pour purifier l'air la nuit. Un logement insalubre à éviter et fortement déconseiller.

Un Hôtel exceptionnel dont l'accueil et l'équipement pourrait être amélioré.
Pros:

C'est un hôtel exceptionnel par sa situation, la beauté des chambres et du mobilier. Un vrai voyage dans le passé, une bâtisse incroyable dans laquelle on peut se perdre. L'Hôtel est jumelé avec le musée de la verrerie qui vaut le détour.

Cons:

Au niveau de l'équipement des chambres, c'est insuffisant. Un hôtel de cette envergure doit proposer une bouilloire, c'est le minimum, un peu de thé ou de café pour l'accueil serait bienvenu. Les serviettes sont fournies sans excès et la qualité du papier toilette n'est pas non plus exceptionnelle.Des détails sans doute, mais au regard du prix des chambres ils doivent être améliorés.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Altstadt, direkt an der Donau, wirklich optimal. Für mich als Motorradfahrer war es sehr praktisch, direkt vor dem Hotel einen Motorradparkplatz vorzufinden. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz. Gutes Frühstück, gerne wieder.

Cons:

Fahrräder haben auf einem Motorradparkplatz nichts verloren. Kann das Hotel aber nicht ändern, da öffentlich.

Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar. Mehr im Zentrum geht gar nicht und trotzdem ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof. Voll auf Fahrradgäste eingestellt. Phänomenales Frühstück oben im Panoramaraum mit Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt umd zum Dom. Bin immer wieder gern dort zu Gast.

Cons:

Die günstigen Einzelzimmer sind schon sehr schmal und vor allem im Bad ist nicht so viel Platz. Das historisch anmutende Bett ist jetzt nicht ultra bequem.
