Passable
Pros:

The hotel was very well kept, and the staff friendly. Unfortunately, right under the windows, there was a sound system set to maximum, with very loud music that made the walls vibrate, early in the morning sometimes during the day, and every evening. Impossible to rest. The most astonishing thing is that no one did anything to stop this nuisance. Too bad.
