Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix et personnel très serviable. Hôtel familial (même famille depuis la construction). Super atmosphère et très bien situé
La vue sur le volcan est sublime !

Cons:

On est dans le centre de Pucon donc forcément un peu bruyant en haute saison la nuit mais rien de dramatique :))

Localização, atendimento. Tudo muito bom. Estacionamento necessário,pois alugamos carro.

El radier para calentar la habitación no se podía apagar con nada, la rueda estaba rodada y la recepcionista no sabía cómo apagarlo. Fue imposible dormir mala estadía aquí.
