no hay una recepcion cálida, ni cortinas para tapar el sol y el calor en habitación

el cuarto amplio y la ubicacion

Cons:

el trato del personal de recepcion, super serios tirandole a enojados ni una sonrisa, no hacen sentirte bienvenidos, parece que les haces un favor de quedarte, desdel las 8 pm hasta 10 am del siguiente dia estaba un cafe tirado en el elevador y nadie lo limpió, y en mi habitacion la 811 solo habia cortina traslucida, desde las 6 am me despertó el sol y el calor.

Buen hotel, excelente ubicacion. Comodo para nuestras necesidades del viaje.
Pros:

Nos gusto mucho el hotel, los cuartos estan de muy buen tamaño y cómodos, la cama muy buena y la regadera esta espectacular.

Cons:

sentimos que esta un poco descuidado, entiendo que cambiaron de administración, sin embargo si consideramos hace falta mantenimiento en todo el hotel. el Aire a condicionado del cuarto 1413 nunca funciono bien y se reporto varias veces.

En contraste poca amabilidad en recepcion. Solicite una toalla extra y ni en cuenta me tomarón.
