Pros:

The staff, the terrace, the cats and the quietness.
The staff :)

Cons:

It’s hard to understand what you can get for breakfast and there is no buffet.
They did not tell us that we could not pay dinner with credit card, and we had no cash.
The room was basic and the shower would water the entire bathroom.
There are construction works and abandoned building around.
