MRTからは非常に近く、また、下町や海上世界にも徒歩で遠くなく、SUPERMARKETも隣にあり、非常に便利。
海上世界の周辺のホテルに比べ、ざわざわした雰囲気が無く、静かなホテルで快適です。
各階にある洗濯機を「洗濯＋乾燥」と設定して自動で使うと4時間近くかかるので、半分ぐらいの時間ににならないかと思います。
出張できたときには、朝食の開始時間が6:30～になれば、もっと良いです。
Shenzhen is huge. Decided to stay in Shekou as it was only a 2 day stay at the end of our holiday in China and wanted to take ferry to Hong Kong International (30min ride). Grade Hotel was very nice, large room, very nice breakfast, staff were so helpful and the metro was directly beneath the hotel (Shuiwan). Only one line to downtown Shenzhen. Easy! We walked to Sea World area which was like 20-25mins away-great stroll/safe.
Perfect place for a family. The apartment is spacious and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. Location is almost ideal - close to Sea World and to shops, various food places, and of course to the subway station.
I would add one comment about what is worth improving in my opinion - add more vegetarian options to breakfast.

I recently stayed at Grade Hotel Shenzhen Sea World from December 30, 2025, to January 4, 2026, in a Comfort Queen (Quiet Sleep) room, and while the room and amenities were excellent, what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service from the reception team — especially Zoeyy and Lily.
From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond. Zoeyy deserves special recognition. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Even after her shift ended, she took the time to brief her colleagues thoroughly to ensure our needs were met seamlessly. She remained available afterward to assist with questions — even helping coordinate details like our airport transfer. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated.
Lily, who followed up during later shifts, continued this exceptional service. She checked in on us, ensured everything was in order, and handled every request with professionalism and warmth. Both Zoeyy and Lily acted as if they owned the hotel — with pride, ownership, and a personal touch that truly stood out.
The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the late check-out benefit was a nice perk. But it was Zoeyy and Lily who turned a good stay into an exceptional one. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope the management considers them for recognition—whether through an employee award or advancement. Their talent and dedication deserve to be celebrated and promoted.
If you’re looking for a stay in Shekou where you’ll be treated like family, I highly recommend Grade Hotel Shenzhen Sea World — especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by Zoeyy and Lily.

Отличный отель,красивый,супер завтраки, большое разнообразие,всё есть в номере(холодильник,фен, телевизор, чайник,кофе,чай,халаты).И даже шторы открываются и закрываются с пульта,а также есть робот доставщик еды.И красивый вид из окна.

No english att all in reception and the hotel smelled dump and cigarrets. Our carpet was very dirty .
This hotel was so amazing that anything I say is not enough. You really have to go and see it yourself. It is close to all the important attractions, and the food is excellent. The location is great, and everything was perfect. I honestly feel that any words I use are not enough to describe how good this hotel is.
Well. No english at all at the reception and smell of damp and mold.
