Our stay was wonderful, the food was superb and the staff were very helpful.

Tolle Lage, wunderbarer Pool, sehr gutes Restaurant.

Cons:

Standardzimmer etwas klein und z.T. ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Situation parfaite pour du tourisme dans la région.
Très bon petit déjeuner en terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur le chateau de Saumue

le cadre est superbe , la piscine très bien entretenu , L a réactivité de la réception et sa gentillesse lorsque je lui ai signalé le problème du studio

Cons:

les draps lit n'avaient pas été changé , avec la réceptionniste nous avons du refaire la totalité du lit même l'alèse était taché , impossible pour la femme de ménage de ne pas le voir! dans la douche des cheveux étaient au sol .Lorsque l'on met des affiches partout pour exiger du client la propreté etc il faut déjà se l'appliquer et livrer un studio sans reproche

Au vu du nombre d'étoile et du prix je trouve que l'hotel est vieillissant (peinture des murs écaillée, mobilier vieillissant)

Pros:

L’emplacement était très bien, très calme. La chambre était propre et très spacieuse. Le lit pour la troisième personne était séparé par un rideau. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le parking à disposition est très accessible. Le cadre était très agréable, au calme avec une belle vue. Le lit double est très confortable.

Cons:

Le troisième lit n’est pas confortable car même pour un petit gabarit, on est allongé sur le sommier.
