Room was denied and the advance payment was not refunded

Cons:

I paid an advance of Rs 600 on July 17th and I booked the room through booking.com 6452292862. The room was booked in my husband name Swaminathan. On Aug 1st, my husband was not able to come, so I came alone and you denied the room citing single person are not allowed and you promised to refund the advance payment Rs600 but I am yet to receive the amount. So please look into this matter and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Very bad hotel and don’t believe booking.com
Pros:

Booking.com Display photos are looks good only actually rooms are very bad condition.smelly and not clean, I never seen this type hotel as of before.
We immediately changed new hotel because of booking.com I paid advanced payment we leftover. This very bad for booking.com , so never believe to booking.com and never book through booking.com , fake hotels promoting without their inspections.

Cons:

Room, bed is very old and lot of smell we can’t stay 1 hour, bad promotion by booking.com

Worth for the money what we spent
Pros:

I want to send a sincere thank you for making our stay so wonderful. From the moment we checked in, your staff showed great kindness and a welcoming smile. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We also truly enjoyed the delicious food and the helpful temple transport service. You made our trip to Shirdi special and stress-free.
