Muy poca vergüenza y malas habitaciones
Pros:

La ubicación. Desayuno justo pero podías repetir lo que quisieras aunque el café estaba intomable. Zona muy tranquila

Cons:

Día de llegada, el recepcionista, poco amable y viendo que el inglés nuestro juntitos, nos dice que podemos aparcar en frente. Vamos al centro y por la noche aparco en un sitio en frente. Por la noche intento preguntar y no había nadie... al dia siguiente, a las 8 de la mañana, en un hueco para 1 y con una tarjeta de discapacitados, había un coche..bajamos a desayunar y durante 15 minutos no había nadie, doy 40 vueltas hasta que otra huesped me explica que puedo coger lo que quiera y que ya llegará el recepcionista. Eso hice.
Pregunto al recepcionista de la mañana si puedo dejar el coche ahí y me dice que si. Dejo las maletas en el coche y voy a ver el castillo y a las 12 me voy.
Cuando voy a irme, un coche detrás bloqueando la salida, informo al hotel y es de alguien que está en el bar y la respuesta es: 1 minuto que se termina el café... más de 10 minutos esperando.
A eso que sale un jovencito de actitud chulesca, y de forma maleducada junto con la recepcionista empiezan a reírse durante un buen rato mirando al coche y a mi. Estaba claro por la confianza que, o era del hotel, o muy amigo de las trabajadoras.
Cuando voy a sacar el coche se viene y empieza a decirme que le he golpeado con la puerta al abrir, cosa que dudo, pero aún siendo así, había solo hueco para un coche, y el estaba mal aparcado como podía, sin dejarme hueco para entrar y teniendo una tarjeta de discapacitados visible.
Empieza con la chulería de que no me iba a ir que tenía que darle los papeles y que le había golpeado... claro, vió detrás del coche la empresa de alquiler, y dijo: esta es la mía...
Tras varios minutos donde incluso me intentó abrir la puerta del coche, le dije que si, que lo que el quisiera, que llamara a la policía....
En definitiva, cuidado, porque el precio y ubicación están bien pero el trato al cliente es 0, incluso riéndose y queriéndose aprovechar de los clientes... que poca vergüenza.
La habitación ya es otra cosa... les indico que voy de viaje de novios...

Pros:

Este o locație foarte frumoasa,singurul inconvenient este acela, ca nu sunt locuri de parcare!În rest camere spațioase și curate,așa cum trebuie sa fie în orice hotel!Micul dejun de-asemenea este foarte bun,și am văzut un domn care servea de un bun simț, cum nu mai întâlnești în zilele noastre! A fost o ședere plăcută!

On the booking page one of the facility is Parking, but there is no parking, at least nothing to do with, it is says also parking on the street, but there is no parking on the street, even more a lot of signs "do not stop here, the car will be towed/lifted" there is the private parking from Peles castle around 6E/day. but got nothing to do with the facility of the hotel

The location is nonpareil near Peles Castle, the staff are very kind, the restaurant is delicious and well priced, and the bed was absolutely a dream, with many pillows and a grear view of the mountains. Quiet and comfortable. Spotless bathroom. My room was large as well. I absolutely loved Hotel Marami! I wish I had stayed longer than two nights.

A special thanks to the nice young woman at reception for always making me feel welcome.

Cons:

The outlets were loose and wouldn't let me plug in my charger, so I had to borrow the outlet for the fridge. It's a very minor point only though (I didn't mention it to the hotel because it was so minor).
