Por poner algo, las ventanas no insonorizan lo suficiente y se escucha el tráfico, pero lo peor para mí, y perdón porque no quiero molestar, fue que se escuchaba la llamada a la oración todos los días a las 4:20 de la mañana. Terrible para los que padecemos de insomnio.

The hotel didn't check me in their system but let me have an early check!

Because of their mistake that I couldn't get into the booking.com to change that date of my stay. I found this out after I checkout and was told by booking.com.

I requested a one day refund but they only refunded me 4.12 euro. I paid 40euro a night!

非常不滿意！這是有史以來最差的酒店經歷！酒店方確認了我的訂單，但當我們高興的從荷蘭飛到Skopje 去酒店辦理入住時，酒店前台告訴我們沒有房間，但是在這之前我沒有收到任何取消通知，而酒店前台只是道歉，而且並沒有提供或協助安排備選酒店給我們，晚上八點多只能自行提著行李臨時到處找酒店，酒店對訂單的處理態度非常不負責任，真的會讓人非常非常生氣😡
