Era curatenie si caldura!

Cons:

O parte din personal foarte nepoliticos , piscina praf se rupea mozaicul din piscina ,mucegai pe pereti scaune in loc de șezlonguri, fara muzica si serveala la piscina , dush stricat in camera , mancare scumpa si de slaba calitate in restaurant !

Daca nu auzi zgomotul cand dormi, este ok.
Pros:

Mi-a placut ca am gasit camera curata si foarte cald, iar personalul este foarte amabil.
Copilul s-a bucurat de apa calda din piscina.

Cons:

Nu mi-a placut baia foarte mica si faptul ca noaptea/ dimineata se aude zgomot de afara in camera.

Personalul amabil

Cons:

Camera foarte prost antifonata. Se aude si cand trece melcul pe strada...SA nu mai zic ca se aude tot din camerele vecinilor. Baia este extraordinar de mica ...abia incapi intre perete si cabina de dus SA te duci la toaleta. Sa nu va duceti iarna...nu se curata parcarea de nici un fel si daca comentezi...se ia "seriful" de tine si spune ca nu este treaba lui. Nu ai asigurata parcarea....chiar daca scrie asa in anunt. Piscina pare foarte mare in poze ...dar de fapt nu poti sa inoti in ea...nu s-au investit bani acolo....probabil de cand a fost construita locatia.Per total..cu exceptia pesronalului care este cumesecade...nota -1. Nu recomand sub nici o forma.
Evaluare facuta in persectiva camerei care ne-a fost alocata.

Am avut check in la ora 16:00, ceea ce este foarte tarziu, am ajuns la cazare la ora 18;00 iar camera nu a fost gata. ne a dat cheia și am intrat în cameră în care nu făcuseră curat și ne au pus să așteptăm în hol la recepție 40 minute.

Cu niște investiții ajunge la 4 stele. Dar tot este peste hotel Sinaia.

Personalul ff atent și drăguț.

Cons:

Proprietatea merită încercată. Ar fi totul foarte frumos dacă ar schimba în primul rând saltelele (a fost horor) și geamurile (suiera și se aude de parcă sunt deschise) dar!!! Compensează prin căldură excesivă în camere. Ff cald și foarte bine.

Pros:

Locatia este excelenta. De apreciat parcarea incapatoare si restaurantul hotelului. Mancarea foarte buna, la fel micul dejun bogat si gustos

Cons:

Semnal wi-fi slab la ultimul etaj. Caloriferele au fost reci tot timpul, cu toate ca in camera era sa zicem decent, nici prea cald nici prea frig.
