Byli jsme pouze na jednu noc, po cestě do Říma, takže pokoj vyhovoval.

Cons:

Bohužel jsme dostali náhradní pokoj, první pokoj nebyl uklizený. V tom co jsme dostali se olupovala omítka na stěně vedle okna. Tohle by nemělo mít žadné ubytování.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war für den Preis ausreichend gut. Man kommt mit dem Bus und der Haltestelle (quasi direkt vor der Haustür) gut nach Venedig.

Cons:

Die Brötchen waren sehr klein. Ein bisschen mehr Käse und Wurst Auswahl wäre noch besser gewesen.

Ist ok, für eine Nacht wie bei uns war es genug
Pros:

Gut gelegen an den Haupstraße, leicht zu finden. Nett eingerichtet. Man sieht aber das es schon älter ist.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, man hört wenn jemand über einem das Wasser in der Toilette runterlässt, sehr unangenehm in der Nacht

Locatie, dicht bij restaurants. De afmetingen van de kamer. Parkeergelegenheid. Prijs.

Cons:

De kamer. De matrassen waren ingezakt. De kamer was veel te warm. De airco werkte niet. Volgens de receptie werkt de airco als koeling alleen in de zomer. In de winter en lente werkt alleen de verwarming van de airco. Ik heb nog nooit zoiets onzinnigs gehoord.

Vorrei condividere la mia esperienza riguardo all’hotel in cui ho appena soggiornato con il mio ragazzo a Spinea.
Siamo partiti insieme a una coppia di amici, prenotando due camere separate. Una volta arrivati, dopo un lungo viaggio, abbiamo provato a riposarci ma è stato impossibile: dal bagno proveniva un continuo rumore di acqua che scorreva dalla tazza, evidentemente rotta. A questo si aggiungeva un forte rumore proveniente dall’esterno, dovuto al traffico, che rendeva la stanza tutt’altro che silenziosa.
Abbiamo segnalato subito il problema alla reception chiedendo un cambio stanza, ma ci è stato negato con la motivazione che avevamo già utilizzato il letto e che, in assenza del personale delle pulizie, non era possibile procedere. Ci è stato detto che avremmo potuto cambiare stanza solo dalla seconda notte.
Per fortuna avevamo la disponibilità della stanza dei nostri amici e abbiamo fatto cambio con loro. Tuttavia, si trattava di una stanza con bagno per disabili e, come la nostra, non corrispondeva alle foto mostrate al momento della prenotazione.
In entrambe le camere, inoltre, mancava completamente l’insonorizzazione: si sentiva chiaramente tutto ciò che accadeva nelle stanze vicine, inclusi i rumori provenienti dai bagni.
Infine, segnalo anche la totale assenza di opzioni per la colazione dedicate a persone celiache o intolleranti al lattosio.

Hotel na zdjęciach wygląda na typowy słaby hotel w rzeczywistości jest tragedia.
Pros:

Darmowy parking obok hotelu, czysta pościel.

Cons:

Pokój standardem przypominał bardziej melinę niż hotel i to z "aż" 3 gwiazdkami.
Odrywające się tapety, obrysowane wszystkie ściany z wielkimi plamami.
Szafka w pokoju z białymi plamami, niewiadomego pochodzenia.
Prawdopodobnie grzyb pod oknem od zalania.
