Rapid response and fast check-in for an emergency booking (positive) but there was confusion about the reservation/payment process and communication via Booking.com; exterior door policy (locked at 21:00) also reflects restrictive host procedures.

Explicitly described as 'posizione centrale' (central location) and convenient.

Soddisfacente per urgenze
Pros:

Posizione centrale, pulita e comoda. A disposizione tutto necessario - dal condizionatore all'uso della cucina

Cons:

Check -out entro le 9.00 (no comment)
