The breakfast just absurd. The room did not have plugs to plug in your phone or the kettle. Actually the kettle was on a desk unplugged because there was no way where to place it. The only plugs were in the bathroom.
Our stay was so horrible that we left.
Lovely hotel, great staff, fabulous breakfast.
Our balcony door was broken when we first arrived, so for our first night the traffic noise was very loud, as we couldn't close the door fully. This was sorted by staff before our second night.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast included. Large comfortable rooms.
The location was good just a 10min walk into the main city. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around and a good variety of stores to get snacks etc. The breakfast was adequate, they had a set menu which you could chose one hot item from - the fruit tray and Albanian pancakes were complimentary. The bathroom was a definite bonus, spotlessly clean, big and a rainforest shower! Well done to the housekeeping team. The staff were polite and available 24/7, we checked it after midnight and checked out v early - and both times someone was there to attend to us.
Our room size was small. We stayed in a standard double room but there was barely any space to move around for 2 people. One tiny window in the corner made the room claustrophobic. There were 3 different hangers in a large wardrobe, 1 broken - perhaps better to get rid of the wardrobe as its taking so much space. No teas or coffees which was a shame but I guess there are many cafe's around. We survived because it was a 2 day stay with 1 day fully outdoors so didn't spend much time inside - best for a single person.

De tudo o resto. Hotel com muito ruido. O proprietário tem um café/ bar no rés do chão e primeiro andar, quem ficar no segundo andar ouve o barulho todo - o que infelizmente foi a minha situação. Infelizmente o pessoal não ajuda, só diz que é normal.

Ho apprezzato la posizione, centrale e vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni della città e poi il bagno spazioso.
Fatta eccezione per il bagno ampio, la camera era davvero piccola. Inoltre la colazione inclusa non ci ha per nulla soddisfatti. L’hotel consente di ordinare solo un alimento per colazione incluso nel prezzo e solo una bevanda. Il cornetto in questione era pessimo e per avere una seconda tazzina di caffè ho dovuto pagare un’extra.
Mi sono trovato molto bene Servizio eccellente, il personale molto educato ve lo consiglio
