Personale gentile
Camera piccolissima, tanto che non c'era nemmeno un posto dove poter appoggiare un computer per lavorare. Anche aprire la valigia era impossibile di fatto per farlo dovevi occupare il passaggio dalla camera al bagno.
La cosa più grave è però stata la climatizzazione: mi hanno dato una camera dove non funzionava dopo i siti tentativi mi sostituiscono la camera e comunque di notte la climatizzazione si è spenta svegliandomi.
Clean room, comfy bed. Really near to the center.
The air condition stopped automatically in the night which was a surprise and made the room quite hot.

Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutare con il parcheggio. L'ottima colazione con espresso vero e ingredienti freschi. La posizione è ottima, grazie vicinissima alla piazza centrale.
Property was great and a lovely location. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony which was lovely. Breakfast was also great!
We found it tricky to find the parking but they helped out at the reception massively.

The TV was not working during soccer WC and no compensation, but we were still charged for lost basic room card key.
You get only 1 small cup of coffee incl. in the breakfast and no plant based milk. The watermelon slices were not fresh - already sour.
It is not possible to enter or exit neither the hotel nor the breakfast area without passing through the smokers lounge (!) - hair and clothes get the stink.

Sijainti loistava, siisti ja puhdas huone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen hyvä, vaikkakin suppea.
Ilmastointi oli vaikea saada toimimaan. Kesähelteellä se oli kuitenkin välttämättömyys.
Parvekkeen ovi ei aluksi mennyt ollenkaan lukkoon ja henkilökunta ei osannut korjata sitä. Onneksi saatiin se itse toimimaan.
Brekfast
Great location, next to lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. Close to the city centre, most attractions were 10 mins walk away. Nice rooms, friendly staff and great value for money.
Breakfast was good but the menu system was a little complicated until it was explained. Breakfast drinks were limited to one per person!
