また泊まりたい！
Pros:

駅から近くて部屋も綺麗でした。朝食がとても美味しくてスタッフの方が気さくで親切です。朝食スペースのアンティークカントリーな雰囲気がとても良かったです。

Cons:

シャワーの温度設定が少しだけやりにくかったのと、バスタブがもう少し広かったらいいなと思いました。

ロケーションの良さ
JR駅、コンビニから近く周りに飲食店も多数
朝食が美味しい（和洋共に）
朝食会場の雰囲気もレトロでいい
アットホームな感じ
従業員の方も気さくで話しやすい

良くないということではないが、部屋に蚊がいた
部屋に入ったらすぐに、備え付けの殺虫剤の電源を入れた方がいい

Relatively spacious and quiet
Pros:

This was a relatively spacious room for Japanese standards, and quiet. Well-decorated tea room where breakfast is served. Short walk (although no footpaths) from Kii-Tanabe Station.

Cons:

It's probably a security thing, but the lift always stops on the second (reception) floor if you're taking it from ground floor to your room's floor. The hotel looks a bit on the older side and could be spruced up.
