Ottimo hotel per famiglie
Pros:

La qualità del cibo è ottima con un menù che guarda anche alla tradizione, all' interno della vallata l' hotel ha un ottima posizione, le attività del minuclub sono variegate, l'attenzione ai dettagli da parte del personale, il garage coperto, tutto molto pulito

Cons:

Non tutto il personale capisce e parla italiano
La piscina è piccolina e tutta dello stessoi livello (circa 150 cm) quindi i bambini devono sempre essere accompagnati e manca la possibilità di poterli controllare in una piscina più adatta a loro.
Nella comunicazione degli orari di apertura del minuclub non è stato bene specificato che durante alcune attività il servizio di sorveglianza dei bambini non si svolge.

Wir möchten uns von ganzem Herzen beim gesamten Hotelteam bedanken. Schon vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, und die traumhafte Natur sowie die beeindruckende Aussicht sind einfach unbeschreiblich. Die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals, der hervorragende Service und die herzliche Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.

Auch das Essen war hervorragend – alles war frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

Gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern haben wir unvergessliche Momente erlebt und viele wunderschöne Erinnerungen gesammelt, die wir immer in unserem Herzen tragen werden.

Wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, wiederzukommen, und können dieses Hotel jedem von Herzen empfehlen.
