Pros:

kamers waren prima, ontbijt was goed, vriendelijk personeel. Locatie was super, midden in centrum en tegenover schouwburg. Parkeren was ook in de buurt, en je kreeg een uitrij kaart van het hotel, zodat je tegen goedkoper tarief kon parkeren.

Cons:

het enigste was dat er s'nachts iemand onze kamer inliep. Een vrouw., toen we dit in de ochtend vertelde tegen de hotelreceptionist, kon hij niet vertellen hoe dit kon, en deed er beetje lacherig over. Wij konden er op dat moment ook een beetje om lachen, maar dat was s'nachts niet zo. Beetje vreemd!!

Pros:

Great location in the middle of the town. Friendly staff, and a very welcoming and cosy bar attached to the hotel. I've stayed on multiple occasions and will be back again soon!

De tijden van het ontbijt zijn erg vroeg. Tot 10:00 nml. Tot 11;00 zou prettiger zijn.

Verder hebben wij een mooi verblijf gehad in Venray.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed en de bedden waren super.

Cons:

Op de kamer moesten wij eerst vliegjes kapot slaan en dat hebben wij ook gemeld.
Op de deur van de ingang die door de receptie werd geopend mag best goed vermeld worden dat die naar buiten open open gaat.
Ik schrok mij wezenloos en moest snel achteruit stappen dat ik de deur niet tegen mijn gezicht kreeg. Heb ik ook bij de receptie vermeld.
En ik miste een haarfohn op de kamer.
