Pros:

Great location with easy access from the airport. Facilities were in excellent condition. The room was very confy and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The staff here are just amazing! They are responsive, kind and very helpful. They were about to go on their well deserved holiday but they still went out of their ways to help us. The breakfast was great, many options and fresh made coffees. The room was really large and had a lovely interior.

Cons:

One of the beds was more like a fold out chair, at least that's how it looked like and it wasn't so comfortable.

El hotel se encuentra ubicado en un punto estratégico de Venecia, pudimos caminar bastante aunque si usamos mucho el transporte público, el hotel es antiguo pero cómodo, el desayuno es delicioso! Hay que tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor es difícil subir con las maletas pero no son muchos pisos, el resto el hotel es estupendo !

Pros:

Superó mis expectativas, la verdad es que la habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda, tenía buena calefacción y era muy tranquilo, se puede dormir muy bien. El personal es amable y te dan recomendaciones de que visitar etc. El desayuno es tipo buffet y era muy rico, tiene muchas opciones, en verdad me gustó mucho. Lo único es que estos edificios son de techos altos, así que recomiendo que viajen ligeros porque subir maletas pesadas es un poco engorroso, pero de resto está perfecto

Ótima opção de hospedagem em Veneza
Pros:

Ótima localização, funcionários atenciosos, bom café da manhã. Toalhas felpudas e ótimo sistema de aquecimento.

Cons:

Não ter elevador é um grande problema, tornando o hotel não aconselhável para quem tem problemas de mobilidade e pessoas mais idosas, bem como quem viaja com malas grandes.

Buena atención y muy acogedor
Pros:

La ubicación es céntrica y el personal muy atento,las habitaciones muy limpias y acogedoras ,buen desayuno buffet, gran detalle por Año Nuevo con espumante de obsequio a nuestra familia.
