Charming but it has its limitations!
Pros:

The LOCATION! Right there on the Grand Canal and the view! I loved my Aperol Spritz from the bar. Not complimentary but at a great price. I loved that they granted us with the early checking without a cost.

Cons:

The breakfast could have offered a better variety, especially considering the price paid. I expected higher-quality breads and a wider selection of sweets, and more cheese and curated meats.
I strongly recommend not trying to reach the hotel from the station on foot, even if they tell you it is only 12 blocks away. The route is much more difficult than it sounds, with many bridges, stairs, and confusing GPS directions. The best and most convenient option is a private water taxi—it is expensive, but honestly worth it for the comfort and ease. There may be other alternatives, such as walking with luggage and then taking public water transportation, but that was not an option I would choose.
The hotel also has a significant number of stairs to reach the rooms. My room was on the top floor, and the stairs were very steep, requiring extra attention. I did not see an elevator, and even the doorman had to carry our luggage up the stairs. WE all felts sorry for him- we tipped him even more- poor guy! Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues or disabilities.

Obsessed with this hotel - the entrance hall is stunning, the views from the breakfast area are amazing, staff is friendly and helpful, it’s not huge so it’s not crowded

Номер с видом на канал!!! Супер завтрак на балконе с видом на канал.

Cons:

Написал в отель, что еду к ним отмечать день рождения. Могли бы маленькую бутылочку вина в номер перед заездом предложить, за цену отеля 330 евро сутки думаю, что 3/5 евро для хозяина не составило бы труда разориться:)) Ну или цветочек в номер! Не поздравили!!! В городе вечером выключили электричество. Света не было до утра, тоже могли бы как-то извиниться, но ноль извинения или какого-то слова про это недоразумение. Итог - не приветливый персонал и я в этот отель больше не поеду.

Pros:

Todo en realidad , es muy fácil llegar en vaporeto desde el tren como también desde el aeropuerto o viceversa, está a 15 mins de la plaza de San Marcos , donde se concentra toda la parte turística , el personal muy amable , la habitación era cómoda , con todos los servicios necesarios y hasta más , la limpieza todo impecable. Muy recomendable

Cons:

Creo que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida ya que hay q subir varias escaleras o no sé si tengan una opción para estos casos. Pero es algo a considerar
