Pros:

It was a little off the beaten track but right on the canal. It was exactly as on the booking site. Breakfast was great and the staff were so helpful

Good valuea for the money. Nice old style Venetian hotel.
Pros:

Nice hotel with a perfect view on Canal Grande from the dining area and some rooms. The location is a little bit tricky to find, but this is something usually in Venice. The hotel is like a museum. The breakfast plenty. The rooms are little and not very impressive, needs some improvement and renovation in my opinion.

La posizione ottima per spostarsi nel centro storico e raggiungere facilmente diverse destinazioni, fra cui la stazione Santa Lucia, che dista solo 20 minuti a piedi. 👣
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Lo stile e l'arredamento interno è un affascinante tuffo nel passato, quasi tutti i mobili sono vintage, però ogni camera è dotata di frigo bar e TV 📺 con abbonamenti ai servizi di streaming.
La doccia perfetta: spaziosissima, sopraelevata, con la porticina comoda da aprire, con acqua calda che arriva dopo 2 minuti e grandi flaconi di bagnoschiuma dal profumo piacevolissimo. 🧖🏻‍♀️🚿
Lo sgabellino in bagno ottimo per poggiare gli asciugamani. Il letto confortevolissimo: materasso alto, cuscini morbidi e ampi, lenzuola immacolate e fresche e biancheria da letto essenziale.
Le camere pulite tutti i giorni.
Gli spazi comuni tra un piano e l'altro, con poltroncine.
L'ambiente silenzioso: i muri non sono di carta velina come spesso accade in altri alberghi dello stesso livello.

Cons:

Il facchino che è sceso per accompagnarmi in camera era sorridente e accogliente, però avrebbe dovuto aspettarmi mentre facevo le scale che erano tante e ripide, specie per una persona che arrivava da un viaggio... Ho fatto fatica a tenere il suo passo e non sono nemmeno una che cammina lentamente, anzi, solamente in quel momento ero ovviamente stanca. Non si è neanche offerto di portarmi lo zaino o almeno una busta.
Il corridoio del piano dove mi trovavo praticamente riproduceva l'andamento tipico dei vicoli veneziani: era stretto e pieno di curve. Capisco che sia una struttura che vuole conservare il fascino di altri tempi, ma mi chiedo se un corridoio così stretto ponga dei problemi a livello di sicurezza, in caso si renda necessaria un'evacuazione.
Sul bollitore in stanza e sui beccucci del flacone sopra il lavandino in bagno c'era un velo di polvere. Nulla di scandaloso, però magari è un dettaglio a cui farei attenzione per rendere il servizio ancora migliore.

L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner était bon et varié.
Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et la plupart parle français.
Proche de l'arrêt de Vaporetto "Stan Star" et à 5 min du pont Rialto.

Cons:

Le petit bémol ce sont les escaliers pour monter au 3e étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Cela ne nous a pas posé de problème mais pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il est important de le prendre en compte.

Perfekte Lage, eine Auffrischung des Interieurs ist aber dringend nötig.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Da aber Venedig sehr überschaubar ist, ist es nicht wirklich wichtig, dass die Unterkunft im Zentrum liegt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Canale Grande. Im Parterre befindet sich ein Ausgang, der auf eine private Schiff-Anlagestelle führt, mit entsprechender wunderbaren Sicht auf den Kanal.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war extrem klein und nur ungenügend geheizt. Das Mobiliar und vor allem die Stofftapeten hätten eine Auffrischung dringend nötig. Die Dusche ist ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

I loved everything about my stay here. Gorgeous room which had been upgraded from a single room, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room, amazing location with two outdoor places over the water, and I emailed ahead as I wanted to work from the bar and they let me check in early. Chandeliers everywhere. Oh- best WiFi of the trip too. No complaints- would recommend and will stay there again
