Pros:

Главный плюс - расположение отеля, близко от Риальто, непосредственно на гранд канале.
Рядом причал San Stae, с которого легко добраться в аэропорт общественным транспортом.
Отель в старинном здании, выглядит очень красиво, но из-за этого есть нюансы, которых не избежать – нет лифта (лестницы при этом крутые) и не новый ремонт. Однако общего впечатления это не портит.
Завтраки проходят в красивом помещении с балконом, откуда открывается вид на гранд канал.
Завтраки хорошие – классические европейские.
Очень любезные персонал.
Для данной локации соотношение цена/качество очень разумное.

Posizione favolosa camera grande e pulita.

Cons:

Serve più attenzione al bar, spesso non presidiato. Ha un bellissimo affaccio sul canale grande perfetta cornice per splendidi aperitivi.... ma arrivi e spesso non c'è nessuno. Peccato!

Pros:

グランドカナル目の前のホテルで、バーで買った飲み物をカナルビューのテラスでのむことが可能でした。(フロントスタッフが兼務ですが、バーがあり飲み物が買えます)

アクセスについて、他の口コミ通り陸路だと細い道をいく必要がありますが、水上タクシーを利用するとホテルのテラスに直付けできます！
空港からは乗り合いもあるので、ぜひ水上タクシーの利用を検討されるといいと思います。移動が思い出になると思います

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location, great AC, Great breakfast.

Cons:

I guess the room description for the family room suggested it was bigger and looked out over the grand canal, so we were disappointed.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Canal Grande und kleiner Terasse!
Anreise unbedingt mit dem Wassertaxi zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Kleiner und etwas enger Frühstücksraum.
