Wonderful location at a reasonable price - with a few tweaks it could be 10/10
Pros:

Fantastic location on the Grand Canal - we arrived by Water Taxi which was amazing!

Cons:

The mattresses could have done with being replaced and unfortunately not the hotels fault but the rooms were very warm and air con was not allowed as it isn't summer yet.
The breakfast lady was a little surly and unwelcoming but very efficient at her job.

Lokalizacja i spokój, ale pewnie znajdziesz taniej
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, dobry wybór i smacznie (jedna z pań przygotowujących kawę przemiła i ciepła w obyciu). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, blisko wszędzie, ale jednak trzeba troszkę się pomęczyć by znaleźć hotel. Pokój jak na Wenecję rozmiarowo w porządku, cichy mimo bliskości do Grande Canal.

Cons:

Komary. Personel budził u mnie mieszane uczucia, trochę czułem się tam jakoś niemile widziany.

We were a group of 29 friends we really enjoyed the hospitality here , the staff were very friendly Drink was very reasonably priced , a spotless hotel and the beds were so comfortable.The location was excellent we would definitely recommend it and would stay again

Tolle Lage, super Personal, gerne wieder
Pros:

15 Mal im selben Hotel! Es ist einfach nur großartig . Lage, Personal, Lage, Zimmer und Frühstück. Und wenn man Glück hat und frühzeitig bucht auch noch preiswert für Venedig. Kleine Terasse direkt am Canale Grande und wer will, nimmt einen preiswerten Prosecco aus der Bar.

Wunderbares Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist traumhaft! Direkt am Kanale Grande mit kleiner Terrasse. Die Lage ist weg von Touristen -Hotspots und deshalb ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig, frisch und lecker! Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ehrlich gesagt fällt mir nur der morgigen Geruch im Zimmer ein, der wahrscheinlich normal ist, so nah am Wasser. Fenster auf und gut!
