Not much not to like, great location, beside great restaurants, everything we wanted to see was a 5 min walk.
Beautiful facilities, amazing setting on the Grand Canal. Fantastic breakfast. Very spacious room -we had 4 person family room and we never felt cramped.

The location is perfect for walking the city and access to a Vaporetto. Good restaurants and bars nearby as well as interesting small shops . Lovely rooms and the hotel has an excellent ambiance. Very clean and the breakfast is very door served by two charming ladies .

Right on the grand canal, down little winding streets very cool location
Staff were lovely, attentive but not overly so. We stayed during carnival and the Winter Olympics and had an absolute blast
Paint was peeling in the bathroom but honestly all part of the Venetian charm, some people might want perfection, we wanted authentic ❤️
Von San Cassiano bin ich mehr als begeistert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Ich reise allein und habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg Abends im Dunklen ist vielleicht etwas spannend dafür wird man aber von der Terrasse oder dem Balkon mit einer Mega Aussicht belohnt. Auch das Zimmer war perfekt. Mit jedem Komfort. Für mich ist es ganz klar. Wieder Venedig, wieder San Cassiano.

the hair dryer must be replaced. in general, it is an old fashioned hotel in needs of complete renovation
We loved this hotel - our room was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed eating breakfast looking out over the canal.
It was slightly tricky to find the hotel, down a quiet side street - but that is a minor gripe, because much of the charm of Venice is to be found in the quiet side streets, away from the main thoroughfares.
Wonderful breakfast, great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful room with a view and kind staff. Special thanks to Sergio who was the one checked us in and he happened to be there when we were leaving early in the morning…thank you for the wonderful memories!
