Pros:

Excellent hotel, great location, luxurious, grear staff, nice terrace on the grand canal, lovely breakfast, ideal place for Venice. Loved everything about it.

Pros:

Great location. Historic but with modern amendments. Alli was amazing - he brought our heavy lugfage up steep steps, brought chairs out to the balcony for us without being asked, and served us drinks. The room was comfortable and clean with A/C. Location was perfect.

Le lieu idéal pour decouvrir Venise et les îles, à proximité des lieux emblématiques tout en étant au calme.
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le personnel est d’une incroyable gentillesse, la décoration est superbe, les lits sont très confortables, l’emplacement est idéalement situé, au calme, au bord du canal, à 15 minutes à pied de la place San Marco et à 4 minutes d’un arrêt de bateau bus (vaporetto et alilaguna).

Great gem of a hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location. The terrace for the bar right on grand canal absolutely made it!!!

Cons:

Shower was awful....but it was running water and everything else was great we didn't really mind

останавливались с женой на одну ночь, стояла дикая жара. Вечером в районе 22 в Венеции случился блэкаут на 5 минут. В районе 23 мы вернулись в номер, в котором не оказалось воды. Никакой. Ни умыться, ни в туалет сходить. Спускаюсь к консьержу, уверяет что через 10-15 минут включат, если нет - звоните. Через 15 минут звоню снова, еще просит 15 минут. И через 15 минут вода не появилась. Начинаю разбираться, мальчик говорит что он только консьерж и делов не знает, якобы написал менеджеру, а тот спит. Заставил его открыть подвал, начали разбираться. Минут 40 бились с системой (несколько частотников, нагрев, химводоподготовка), не запустили. Плюнул, ушёл спать. В номере жара, кондиционер не справляется от слова совсем. Не выспались. Безответственность полная: оставить 4-х звездочный отель без воды и забить на это. Не рекомендую.

Unser Zimmer war ausgesprochen schön, sehr geräumig und bot einen direkten Blick auf den Canal Grande. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel rundum genossen. Während unseres Besuchs in Venedig war es sehr heiß, daher waren wir besonders froh über die hervorragend funktionierende Klimaanlage.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine ausreichende Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Auch die nächste Vaporetto-Station ist in nur etwa vier Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Beautiful view of the Grand Canal.
Pros:

The location and views were amazing. Close to San Stae water bus pick up- line 1. Breakfast staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not all very friendly. The room has air conditioning supposedly, but stayed extremely hot making it difficult to sleep.
