Excellent stay in venice
Pros:

Well located, roomy rooms and very clean. Near public transport docks. About mid way between rialto bridge and the train station.

Cons:

No fridge in room.

Pros:

Die Terrasse war sehr fein, um den Tag in Venedig bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr schön, das Bad ebenso. Die Lage ist zentral und vom Bahnhof gut und schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

No se podía controlar la temperatura del aire acondicionado (estaba restringida, no se podía ni subir ni bajar) y la ducha pequeña.

Pros:

Location was very good in central San Polo, opposite a supermarket and by a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a small kitchen area downstairs, useful for meeting before heading out in Venice.

Cons:

The property had a bathroom overlooked by neighbours, windows without a curtain. The shower was very small. There was no safety deposit box (although they do not claim to provide one - we had just assumed this would be an amenity). The rooms are accessed by number code rather than key.
