Leider eine traurige Erfahrung. Am ersten Abend bekamen wir Bescheid, dass es am nächsten Morgen nur bis 8.30 Uhr warmes Wasser gibt. Am zweiten Morgen gab es dann einen Rohrbruch und gar keine Wasser mehr. Wir hatten eine Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Aufgrund des Rohrbruchs mussten wir das Hotel wechseln. Uns wurde eine Rückerstattung versprochen, da wir im neuen Hotel nur ein Standard Zimmer bekommen haben. Zudem war das neue Hotel in dem wir untergebracht waren, im Umbau. Als ich jetzt noch zwei Mal wegen der Rückerstattung nachfragte, wurde einfach nicht mehr reagiert. Das ist wirklich keine schöne Erfahrung.

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. On the first evening, we were informed that hot water would only be available until 8:30 the following morning. On the second morning, a pipe burst, and we had no water at all. We had booked a deluxe room with a balcony. Due to the burst pipe, we had to change hotels. We were promised a refund, as we only received a standard room at the new hotel. Furthermore, the new hotel where we were accommodated was undergoing renovations. When I inquired about the refund twice more, they simply stopped responding. This was truly an unpleasant experience.

Limpio, cómodo, céntrico y muy fácil de acceder.
Lo mehor es que puedes dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de entrada y el dia de la salida hasta última hora.
