Should remove this hotel (maybe more others) from booking.com since they cannot provide service for foreigners.
Pros:

I did not have a chance to stay here.

Cons:

This property message me via booking.com that they cannot service foreigner. This caused me change plan of taxi, finding a new hotel, etc. Since Chinese government has certain laws on hotels which can service foreigners. I suggest you remove them from your booking system, I did not even bother to try other lower cost hotels. I tried to book from booking.com assuming hotels are prescreened. It turns out there are bunch of hotels just should not in the listing if they cannot provide the service.
