Sehr angenehmes freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit war auch top. Die Lage war auch sehr angenehm, fußläufig kann man zum Stadium laufen, perfekt für Konzert. ♡

Cons:

Das soll keine Beschwerde sein aber das Zimmer ,,Paris" ist für Menschen die Probleme mit den Knien und Beine hat nicht gut da man immer eine Treppe hochlaufen muss um zum Bett zu kommen während das Badezimmer unten ist.

Pros:

Accueil, disponibilité, renseignements, gentillesse, propreté de la chambre, chambre climatisée très appréciée avec cette canicule, et petit-déjeuner extra super varié... :-)
Vraiment : à recommander, nous reviendrons car notre séjour fut trop court.

Short stay for Brussel Expo visit
Pros:

Cosy little hotel in a living area with very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nice looking garden which I didn't use due to the extreme heat at the time.

Cons:

Good location for me visiting the Brussel Expo, approx 1 km walking distance. I would have expected more resturants and bars in the area.

Prettige kamer nabij Plantentuin.
Pros:

Leuke themakamer en -ontbijtgelegenheid, airconditioning op kamer en erg vriendelijk personeel. Restaurantjes in de buurt.

Cons:

Een directe doorgang van parkeergelegenheid naar hotel was fijner geweest.

Deuxième séjour dans un endroit qui nous tient à coeur
Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux, la décoration thématique de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner autant le service que le choix (la pâte à tartiner à la pistache !) et la facilité pour se garer - parking dédié - et malgré la proximité avec la rue, on n'entend rien de ce qu'il se passe dehors.

Cons:

Faut-il vraiment écrire quelque chose par principe alors que tout va bien ?

Wemmel est une charmante ville située près de Bruxelles. Il est possible de rejoindre à pied l’ING Arena, où avait lieu notre spectacle.

L’accès à l’hôtel était simple et pratique. Notre séjour y a été merveilleux. L’accueil exceptionnel et le personnel très professionnel. La décoration de la chambre était magnifique ; la nôtre était aménagée dans un style africain très original et chaleureux.

La chambre dispose de la climatisation, d’une grande salle de bain et d’un lit extrêmement confortable. Le petit-déjeuner, de style européen, était excellent, avec notamment un délicieux jus d’orange fraîchement pressé sur place.

Mais ce que nous retiendrons surtout, c’est la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier des deux dames de l’accueil, qui ont été adorables, souriantes et toujours disponibles pour nous aider.

Cons:

Le seul petit point négatif de notre séjour n’était pas lié à l’hôtel, mais à la chaleur exceptionnelle à l’extérieur. Heureusement, grâce à la climatisation de la chambre, cela restait tout à fait supportable. Et bien sûr, nos adorables hôtesses n’y étaient pour rien !
