Dobra lokalizacja

Cons:

Niestety mieliśmy bardzo nieprzyjemny incydent z właścicielką hotelu. Przyjechaliśmy o 20 , na recepcji już nikogo nie było. Po kontakcie telefonicznym zostaliśmy poinstruowani żeby wziąć klucz pozostawiony za tabliczka reklamowa. Wszystko wydawało się bezproblemowe natomiast kolejnego dnia dostaliśmy telefon od Pani, która twierdziła, że zajęliśmy niewłaściwy pokój i że będziemy musieli za niego dopłacić. Pani nie chciała słuchać wyjaśnień na temat tego że tylko taki klucz został nam pozostawiony wpierając nam, że zostawiła inny. Błędu nie potrafiła udowodnić pomimo kamer skierowanych na recepcję. Kiedy kategorycznie odmówiłem wniesienia dodatkowej opłaty, ponieważ nie zamierzałem odpowiadać za czyjąś niekompetencję, Pani zrobiła się skrajnie nieuprzejma a na koniec rozłączyła się w trakcie rozmowy. Pozostawałem już w najróżniejszych hotelach, nieraz zdarzały sie drobne nieporozumienia ,natomiast pierwszy raz spotkałem się z takim podejściem do klienta. Najwyraźniej Pani nie zależy na komforcie swoich gości kiedy dokonają opłaty za pokój. Takie osoby nie powinny pracować w usługach.
