Dobre jedzenie

Cons:

Ktoś z klientów podał nr naszego pokoju i na nasz rachunek wziął drinki Pani z obsługi na pół ośrodka krzyczała , że nie zapłaciliśmy . Co prawda przeprosiła ale rozgłos został .Brak kultury . Nie poinformowano nas również podczas rezerwacji o dodatkowo płatnych usługach . Pierwszy raz widzę brak takiej organizacji 😵‍💫

Idealny dla narciarzy
Pros:

To już nasz kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu. Cała obsługa była przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Śniadania pyszne, a drinki w hotelowym barze lepsze niż w niejednej restauracji :) Bliskość stoku i wygodna narciarnia, to ogromny komfort.

Super - idealny dla osób chcących pojeździć na nartach.
Pros:

Śniadania bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W hotelu było czysto, personel był pomocny. Hotel położony przy samym stoku, w pobliżu miejsca do wypożyczenia sprzętu oraz szkółki.

Pros:

Hotel położony na stoku, stacja narciarska Cieńków. Nie można wyobrazić sobie lepszej lokalizacji.
Personel, jedzenie, czystość, narciarnia, kawiarnia, naprawdę wszystko rewelacyjne!
