Good location, basic but clean and tidy rooms. Good breakfast
The Saturday night disco is an issue for noise until 3.30 but sleep is possible and ask for upper floor rooms or ones to rear

Room was okay. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice, i only had bacon and an egg, as I don't eat a lot for breakfast.
The bathroom light was on a movement detector. When you are in the shower there wasn't a bathmat and i found it very slippy.The light went off as it couldn't detect any movement. This I found was a bit dangerous having mobility problems. I had to try and open the shower door to activate the light.
The bedroom window was frosted so we had no view. It felt like we were in a cupboard.
Good location with clean bedding and comfy bed.
All the stairs. We were located on one of the top floors and the stairs were a bit of an issue. When we asked if we could change to a lower room, as the hotel was not at capacity, this was for an extra fee.

Everything about this place is brilliant I go every year. I really can't fault it at all and the Manger is a top bloke he carnt do enough for you all the staff are absolutely brilliant and there breakfast and carvery is 2nd to none.
