Perfect location. Lovely staff. The breakfast was beautiful. Welm done to the cook.
The amount of stairs we gad to climb. But then just got used to them. So wasnt too bad
Location & very good breakfast
Was not made aware Karaoke was on the night we stayed - (Sunday) didn’t finish until after midnight so could not sleep as so very loud and thudding noise from bar below.
The bar was excellent, breakfast was very good, the location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again
If there was anything to complain about, the room was a little small but this is nitpicking. The toilet seat was loose and moved when sat on it.

It was central
I don’t know where to start.
Staff were surly and unhelpful. The building was very old and lacked facilities. There was no on-site parking. We had to walk half a kilometer to park our motorcycles.
Finally, Having sold us a drink at 21.45 in the residents bar we were
then informed the bar was closed and the bar was shutting down so we had to take our drinks to our rooms.
Every thing, clean and friendly staff

Stayed with my son for a couple of nights and couldn't really fault the hotel for the price,we stayed on the top floor and was quiet during the England games,staff were always friendly and room was clean,breakfast was full English and lots to eat lovely food and a proper coffee machine which made wonderful cappuccinos, I've stayed in lots of hotels and although there are negative comments I would definitely stayed at this hotel again.

Friendly efficient staff on reception and in the breakfast room. Clean room & comfortable bed. Good location close to shops, restaurants, tourist info, harbour, it also quiet even though bar downstairs was open until late- England football match!
Would have been helpful to have shampoo & conditioner provided.

Although we found out that the location was not near our needs, not the fault of the hotel, the hotel was very central and ideal for those who want to enjoy the excitement the town generates
The 3rd floor accommodation. The hotel did offer to move us to the 2nd floor but as we we're only staying 1 night we took what we were given
