Pros:

Prostredie pekné, wellness bol v poriadku. Hotel má obrovský potenciál, ale chýbajú štandardy Európskej únie.

Cons:

Recepčná (malej postavy) nás iba zaregistrovala, nepovedala základné informácie ako raňajky (od - do), nevysvetlila kde nájdeme wellness časť, ale naopak nás odprevadila do izby čo sa mi páčilo, lebo by sme ju asi nenašli. Mali sme najdrahšiu izbu v hotely A10, kde vybavenie je v poriadku, ale mravce na podlahe pobehovali, kusy rozsypaného radiátora na zemi, tapeta pred kúpeľnou roztrhaná, svetlo v kúpeľni nefungovalo, v pravidlách hotela tiež nebola zmienka ohľadom raňajok. Raňajky nie sú formou švédskych stolov na čo sme zvyknutý ale čašník nám ponúkol niekoľko možností slovne ani napísané to nikde nebolo z točo sa dá vybrať a čakal tam na to ako sa za sekundu vyjadríme. Raňajky sa teda nevydarili.

Needed a quick place to stay and got lucky with a super comfortable room

Das Hotel sieht von außen schön aus, nettes Personal, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, auf Anfrage Kinderbett bekommen

Kaputte Steckdosen, übler Geruch im Zimmer, der vom Waschbecken oder Kühlschrank kam, quietschende Türen, kaputter Kunstrasen auf der Terasse, Schmutz, Staub…
Unsere Terassentür ließ sich nicht schließen und das Personal hat vor unserer Ankunft einen provisorischen Stuhl davor gestellt. Wir haben an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben, dass die Terassentür kaputt ist und es wurde nur gesagt, dass jemand bereits da war um sich das anzuschauen, es aber nicht reparieren konnte. Keine Lösungsvorschläge, nichts..
Es gab auch keinen Lift und unser Hotelzimmer befand sich im 2. Stockwerk. Gerade mit Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl sehr ungeeignet.
Das Badezimmer ist schlecht gemacht. Direkt neben dem WC befindet sich ein Heizkörper, den man bei Benutzung des WCs mit den Oberschenkeln berührt.
Die Regendusche in der Dusche befindet sich ganz rechts im Eck, sodass man gezwungen ist sich in die Ecke der Dusche zu quetschen, statt mittig zu stehen.
Der Ausblick ist ein Fitnessstudio. Man kann also anderen Personen beim Trainieren zusehen.
Sauber war es auch nicht. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten Flecken.

Wir würden nicht wieder da schlafen, da das nicht dem gezahlten Preis entspricht.
