Historical luxurious friendly, if you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’re a lucky person
Pros:

EVERYTHING!! Our stay was amazing what a fabulous accomodation. So privileged to stay there.

Cons:

Staff was simply exemplary. Beautiful couldn’t do enough just gorgeous from the time you enter reception until the moment you leave they are wonderful.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel situation géographique parfaite, personnel très gentil et très attentif, cependant vieil hôtel mal adapté pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de locomotion.

Cons:

accessibilité aux personnes âgées, et souffrant d'1 handicap. Salle de bains rustique, pas adaptée, absence de cabine de douche.

5 Star Stay in a 5 Centuries old Monastery
Pros:

Wonderful stay in a 5 Centuries old Monastery that was visited by the King of Portugal. A wonderful place full of history, excellent location and extremely efficient and friendly staff.
The Breakfast was Wonderful and I do recommend the Restaurant.

Evora’s hidden gem - Pousada Convento
Pros:

The Pousada Convento is a luxuriously grand hotel to stay in. It’s also steeped in history. Rooms are very comfortable and the grounds are well kept. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I celebrated my 60th birthday there with my family and was treated like a star. Highly recommended staying here.

A lovely place to stay in the centre of this very interesting old town.
Pros:

We loved the building, and its setting within the town. We booked one of the special suites, which was a lovely space in which to be. Excellent choices for breakfast.

Cons:

We had a perfectly nice dinner with good service, but because it was a quiet time of year, the restaurant was lacking in atmosphere. Nothing that the hotel can do anything about.
