staff were wonderful
Pros:

breakfast was very good
there was construction so they had to upgrade our room, which was great

Cons:

the pool
getting to it is circuitous
and there's a bar out there, but no bartender
couldn't get water or towels
had to go back in to lobby

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait 16 degrés dans notre chambre, le lit bébé pour notre fille de 8 mois était cassé, troué et sale, le canapé de la chambre était plein de tâches... Heureusement l'hôtel nous a remboursé notre séjour mais nous ne nous attendions pas à devoir partir de l'hôtel et chercher un nouveau logement en pleine période de fêtes de fin d'année, alors que nous avions réservé plus d'un mois à l'avance une grande suite "bien confortable" comme indiquait la description de la chambre sur booking... Nous étions très déçus d'autant que l'hôtel prétend avoir 5 étoiles... Comment cela est-il possible? Nous ne reviendrons pas et ne reprendrons pas le risque de réserver de nouveau un séjour dans un établissement de la chaîne Pousada/Pestana... Dommage car l'idée de séjourner dans des monuments historiques est super mais le service ne suit vraiment pas!

Hotel muito bonito, cheio de charme e acolhedor

Cons:

Manter o conceito de um convento, pelo menos no nosso quarto (cela) é muito pequeno, porta do banheiro fica entreaberta não dando total privacidade a quem esta no toalete (banheiro) e sem uma ducha adequeada com a limitação de ter uma cortina plastica! Durante a noite escuta-se alguns barulhos que podem ser do equipamento de ar-condicionado e de agua parecendo que está chovendo do lado de fora. Mesmo assim recomendo a sua hospedagem.
